Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
James- it’s not about keeping me happy, but rmore about stating facts and figures that are accurate and are a true representation of the situation. Other ways that’s misleading people on here, and I’m sure you agree the company has done one hell of a good job on that already, so we don’t need any repetition of such behaviour.
James it does not cost $9 a barrel to produce and transport the oil as otherwise the netback would be higher than $36 a barrell at $65 Brent.
Then you have the PSA which is currently around 75% of the revenue and then the operating expenses of $3m, which after the above two points have been taken into account is nearer to 200 barrels a day.
James your calculations and assumptions are wrong do you may need to go look at the again.
At $60 crude that is not what it sell for as er Block’s presentation since their agreed selling price is currently Brent -$9 to more like $51.
Secondly your calculations do not take into account the production and transportation cost which is probably around $20 a barbell ( based on the company’s statement of $36 net back at $65 Brent)
Bigboffer I will leave when I have my money back at the very least. Who are you to question me, done BLOE white knight?
You’re nothing but a ramper and it’s a good job no o e listens to you over the last few months.
Further to my note this morning It looks like we are back in the 6p range already?
How long before it hits 4-5p again?
Looks like BP are inter red as well as Schulm

Thanks Rob
Is there any plans to sell the oil, any interests?
When do they see the company turning a profit?
Simon my average is fat too high to sell and buy back in . I need 13p to break even so selling now at 7p I would need a buy in price of around 3-4p to make it worthwhile. No idea if we will see that price again, but if you do I might just average down.
Simon are you suggesting I average down?
Bear agree but I still think it’s s smart move. If you had invested 25k a week ago here then you could have walked away with 53k yesterday or 43k today. Just shows you how volatile the price is, and ther is no guarantee that it will hit or surpass the highs of April. This SP will be back in 6p range before any news is published and people will just buy in again, but in the meantime take advantage of fluctuations elsewhere. A lot more to be made this way and remember this is aim so not one for holding long term. Personally I didn’t average down at 4p but if I did, I would have sold out at a good profit yesterday.
Well said Simon, why would you hold now if you are sitting on a 100% profit because the SP will not hold until glow rates are released and even then can go either way. The smart investors will sell now and buy back in on any drop. The only people that will hold now are people like myself and others that bought in on the spike and still sittting in losses. The content of done of these posts just shows the nature of sine of these “investors”
I’m with you Bungle with an average of 13p so you’re not the only one that’s been fooled here. Let’s hope Block actually start to deliver and get us some returns or at least our money back, rather than burn £3m on admin expenses. After what happened last time I think this SP will move steadily now no matter how positive the RNS, as the market will be more cautious of BLOE. That said a really good flow rate can spike this up to around 17p mark, but the predictions of 50p or a £1 are a fiction yet. For every opportunity that closes another one opens and I too have lost out on some really good multi bag opportunities in the past 2 years due to cash being tied up in other share. You live and you learn. GL
Bungle66- your post put a smile on my face and is a reminder to us all why we do all this, primarily to afford a better quality of life of our loved ones. Your son seems sensible and must make you proud, and if it were my child i would have bought him anyway regardless of the SP. After all money can be made another time, but you will never get back time or his youth back. Enjoy it whilst it last.
One of the main reasons I stayed out of this is due to the incompetent BOD. They have totally destroyed shareholder value, whilst lining their own pockets.
Where is Jambon these days? He seemed to be so confident about this share, but then again he’s ramped quite a few shares that went t*** up. I was invested in Carillion last year as was Jambon and we know how that went, but Jambon kept ramping it as usual.
Sorry for those that have lost out here.
Guys I would still be very cautious about the SP given there has been no material news to justify such a big increase. Look how many tines MATD bounced from 5p to 8p, and now looks like I ya heading for 1p.
If 38 comes in good and then expect to this at around 11-12p, but I wouldn’t get too excited about these raises before then.
Yes it is Maucha, I knew I should have averaged down at £1, but having lost a fortune on IRV and carillion I did t want to compound my losess. If I did average down I could have cashed out now at a profit.
Oh well I’ll just have to wait on the next opportunity to average down, or just play the waiting game. £3 would give a market cap of £5bn which is achievable at say £500m profit?
I see this failing fairly quickly. As people have already pointed out, all this company knows is how to raise funds. They have made no attempt to commercialise anything.
Still need £3 to break even. I guess that’s a good few years away yet.
Crabby couldn’t have put it better myself.
