I was really impressed with GR today. Indeed more than at any other time. The Force Majeure in contract law I had never heard of and it is a complete killer as far as Canmax is concerned

1 Canmax have a contract with Prem Afr

2 that contract has been impacted by aspects outside of Prems control

3 A F/M existed

4 Because it exists neither party can change or cancel the contract

5 Stark have failed to deliver

6 Stark say they will deliver inside 14 days

7 Prem Afr will produce at 50% inside two weeks

8 the ore stockpiled needs to be further processed b4 selling

9 George will ensure the short term cashflow needed over the next few weeks will be covered and he will do this with his own capital if necessary

10 Re 9 he has spoken to others who would do this also

11 George would like Can max to renew contact discussions

12 Prem Afr has spoken to other interested parties prepared to be involved in the JV Inc trading houses

13 I am expecting the sp to rise quickly next week on the back of that

The relationship with BOO seems very delicate. Clearly BOO are not happy with RevB as even after returning from suspension BOO are being unhelpful. So what is their objective?

Now if I was the exec I would be focused on re assuring the market like ASC are that we are profitable or at least revenue is growing fast? Plus the exec would buy a stake in the company.

Now both of these things have happened.

Next the exec want to create value now for the shareholders which includes their increased holding?

So could BOO get in the way of that? Well short term I believe they can but why would BOO do what they are doing after all BOO sell REVBS product.Hmmm that is a pice of the jig saw I do not get.If they are that unhappy why don't they sell up !!!!!!!

So again if I was the CEO I would be pre empting that and would be looking for a suitor after all at present BOO s shares are worth circa £20M
