MMs throwing in big delayed buys to sow confusion about current real SP? Surely not....

Pouring them through still! I'd assumed a lot of them were forward sold, but wondering now if a lot of the dumping over last 2-3 weeks has been from insiders who knew warrants were coming and took advantage to sell at higher levels. Only positive is they may want to buy back in once bottom definitely reached - but the rest of us poor saps shafted again!

You have to agree though... SP manipulation is so evident here. How much money do you think warrant holders have made from selling(and pre selling), then potential spread bets on SP which they have easily controlled, then potential to buy back in cheap too? Us mugs have been shafted all ways by this over the last few weeks and sadly likely to happen again. Regardless of fundamentals around the company and how it's progressing. The whole stock market stinks to high heaven...

Thank you, Steve, for that! Still smarting from Crownos's telling off about failing to do due diligence! You state a much clearer picture of the warrants in terms of numbers and expiry (working the figures out in that detail was beyond me - why couldn't they just say what you did in the RNS?) However, still not clear in terms of exercise price - not sure why this recent lot was at 0.067p instead of the below 0.04p of earlier ones( small blessing). What price are the remaining 800 million exercisable at?

I appreciate the confidentiality issue, I suppose, but effectively the board and people taking part in fund-raises and CLNs have these warrants. I would hope that it's not the board who have pulled the current tricks, so we are left with person or persons unknown who have effectively had a golden opportunity to short and drop the SP over the last few weeks - in a way that was predictable for them. They could have placed spread bets on the SP drop with great confidence and knew they could replace shares they were selling from the warrants. There is potential to also buy back at a low price now and amplify their gains. Meanwhile, unsuspecting 'normal' investors have been playing in a rigged game over the last few weeks and were doomed to lose out.

Welcome to the good old UK stock market! The worry now is, what's to stop this happening again and again with a large portion of the remaining warrants?

Don't get me wrong, Crownos. I'm actively invested and supportive here, but i think you're being disingenuous to say there is transparency around warrants in the RNSs! I've read and reread them all several times and it is very far from clear who has warrants, how many, exercisable when and at what price. It's clear that the original investors and CLN providers all received warrants, but details are far from obvious and leave us all very much at the mercy of sudden appearance of large numbers of these, with no information on who's exercising them and at what potential price. Sure, you can spend a lot of time doing the maths on the basic information they provide, but even then you'll struggle to get an accurate handle on the figures and certainly not a who, how much, when exercisable and at what cost! So not transparent and not helpful to confidence or SP...

We could be doing with absolute transparency around who has warrants, when they can exercise them and at what price. It does nobody, other than the greedy sods cashing in, any favours to have significant episodes like this popping up out of the blue, with significant impact on investor confidence and the SP. Can somebody with access put this to our esteemed leaders for clarification?

A lot of them dumped already, I would guess - forward sold. But who got them and why? Basically easy money for holders, but just trashes SP if they dump, with no care for anyone or anything else!

Bstards are certainly working hard at pulling it down - big delayed trades showing current price lower than actual! Same old games!

But you keep seeing round number sells of 500k, 1m, 2m popping up - just has feel of remaining warrants being managed out?

Surely last of warrants must be flushing through now?

Is seller tied in to shorting here? Just managed to hold it again, but for how much longer?
