Why don't all you miserable sods, be you shorters, TW crew or whatever, just p1ss off! Neverending negative dross posted by so many people who clearly aren't invested. One of the only consolations is the question why are these t0ssers spending so much time and effort on here and other sites, apart fro the obvious saintly philanthropic reasons of helping and saving us all? Your families must be so proud...
See the TW @t is having a go again. Still banging on about the going concern issue from 1st February which allowed the orchestrated drop in SP. Just for information, this is not new from this year and if you look at audited financial statements for every year going back to at least 2018 on SEDAR, the same statement is present in all of them! So this has been blown out of all significance and used incorrectly as a weapon to undermine the company and the SP!
Aye, but just seems daft to not have a better communications strategy, highlighting positive plans and developments and supporting the SP. Unforgivable really the absolute silence after the RNS/orchestrated drop on 1st Feb relating to 'going concern', despite similar statements in every previous annual update. Why not make some sort of statement saying no reason for massive fall in SP?
My take on last night:
It was a fairly archetypal Arthur performance. He spoke at length about the issues they've had with the field and safety related to high pressures. There's no doubt he's putting in 7 day weeks on this and emphasised that he's liable in the event of any serious injuries or deaths, so work is clearly predicated on this and safety. Seems apparent that they're getting on top of the field and expecting significant results from completion of GGS. JV negotiations continue and are hopefully likely to be concluded, though when is a moot point. This is clearly a massive and complex deal. Lot of angst about deliberate negativity and abuse on BBs and social media, which prospective partner does not like. Seemed to take on board plea for better and more positive PR and comms. Empathised with SH pain at being well underwater currently - 'so am I!' Clear antipathy to ongoing market manipulation by organised groups(ref previous 'box' trading) and thinly veiled desire to burn them. Consolidation again referred to as in relation to US market and potential benefits of being on it, rather than dilution.
So, overall, positive discussion, though still uncertainty re timescales around JV. Not showing hallmarks of 'lifestyle' company certainly!
please don't be taken in by ****-stirring by tw and his acolyte gary re supposedly hidden going concern 'bombshell'! if you look on sedar the same statement has been attached to every update released going back several years - so nothing new here!

You really do need to give it a rest, Stas. The recompletions are mentioned in the last update and considering the potential and use of CO2 in Wyoming is hardly surprising, is it? All I was trying to do was to pass on that I am reassured significantly by general, non confidential communication on ongoing progress as well as giving a realistic timeframe for any likely official update.
Arthur has been communicating with a number of us over the last few days and has provided reassurances on progress with the first 2 recompletions and the GGS installation. An update is more likely over the next week or two when they have more detail to report. It's clear that the JV negotiations are ongoing and would appear to include CO2. We're all pretty strung out here with the SP and delayed timescales, but I for one am significantly reassured re what I've heard.
This is all the consequence of how we've been treated over some time, but particularly the last few months. AM leading us to believe RBL/JV imminent 56 months ago, RNS it looks like deliberately trashing SP over 2 months ago and nothing but radio silence from AM. No attempt to support SP, nothing...
Interesting.....'Compulsory strike-off action has been discontinued' on 11th March as apparently cause given to prevent this. What's going on?
I'm not disagreeing about the fundamentals and the longer term, just reflecting on how the SP has been dicked around with over the last couple of years. To my mind, thanks to Art's financing 'deals' with all the confetti generated, it has allowed some people to have sufficient shares to effectively control the SP as they wish - up, down, sit up and beg....Armed with this, I'm sure they've made a fortune in shorts, SP manipulation and spread-betting and the challenge is going to be how to prise their toy out of their grasp. II investment and the share being less of a traders' paradise would obviously help as well as good, positive news about the fundamentals, increased oil delivery, JV, etc..
