Wilson….the figures are under the exec heading. Of course McCarthy was paid before being voted in on 19th Oct 21 AGM but the salary as a normal employee is not published.
Perhaps someone could correct me, but has McCarthy and Allmond really been paid 73,883 & 85,744 (basic) for 10 weeks?
Extrapolated out, their basic salary’s would be as follows:-
Allmond - £446k
McCarthy - £385k (2.5xDyers salary)
On top of this, DA got a £200k golden handshake. McCarthy got a £150k cash bonus in lieu of LTIP entitlement- I mean how is that even legal when the LTIP is based on reaching targets not yet reached!
This does not include non-LTIP bonuses, pensions, or employer NI contributions and tax.
