will be only small perhaps extra 10/20 million shares, the company is so small that it cant be massive so lets say 10% of company, its down 15% today so fall id say factored in .lets not get to carried away with worry it didnt have to be mentioned at all so its in the open so i belive the rise will come , many orders require cash and any fundraising is a good sign for this company.

i think a take over would be over £3 however these rumours come and go I have been in and out of gkn for over 10 years , i used to work for them for 20 and had employee share options so made some good money out of them , normally gkn like to do the take overs so if a t/over does happen it would be a volitile one . who knows????
