Additionally when you do convert the warrants into shares and effectively sold the proceeds do not go into your ISA account. They have to go into your normal share account. Unless the law has changed since 2016/17.
I believe that is to do with fractional entitlements only. If your shares after consolidation are worth less than £100 then the fractional entitlements go to the company. If your shares are worth more than £100 the fractional entitlements go to you the shareholder.
yes
We never will Jack if we don't stand together
These sort of crims love people like you
2,977,231 shares after consolidation.
Number of shares after admission 80,979,876
Price of initial share = 2,977,231/80,979,876 = 0.0283p per share. So if you had a £1000 worth of shares at delisted price of 0.4p they are now worth about £70. Then you receive half of those shares in warrants on top to sell in 6 months time at 30 pence so about £47.50. Therefore in 6 months time if the market value does not go up in 6 months time your £1000 at delist will be worth £117.50. Therefore to get your money back (if you invested at 0.4p) the company has to be worth about £140m in 6 months time. For me about £500m :-(
Unless I've got my sums wrong I can't vote for this. Please please please correct me.
Well Fergies boys did it... :-)
This is not a share to get heavily involved in yet. Too many unknowns. Build up slowly over the next few months. I don't think there'll be many RNS's over summer so sp could drop to half what it is now IMHO.
I do expect nice Chrismas presents at the end of the year though. :-)
There is nothing in the RNS for a short to medium term investor. This is an investment where good to excellent returns will only start to happen in about 6+ months time IMHO . This stock is an ideal share builder however be aware not all the ducks may line up in a row. DYOR. However if they do then early retirement for some :-)
Today is for day traders. Give the longterm investors the weekend to think about it.
Dulwichman: Your posting is the only one that makes any kind of sense to me.
Crack on the Tenners, get it raised. :-)
One thing for sure is that SN must step down and have nothing more to do with the company at all. Who on earth would invest otherwise?
Would you keep your money in (Should the company ever relist on any market...) if Dusty Mop was in charge? I think I might. Nothing to lose I guess because if the company does relist each share will be worth less than a green shield stamp.
I think I'm showing my age there... :-)
Star: Then why email at all do you think? What is their angle for doing so?
I'd guess Mole because the BOD et al trusted ZZ as well.
I hope this film has a US style fairy-tale ending and not a typically tragic (some would say realistic) UK one...
So come on SN et al make sure Warner Bros, Disney and Universal want the rights... :-)
Yes roobler they have bottled it and letting it go for a second fermentation. Next month it will explode!!!
You'll see :-)
IMHO of course!
Totally agree Wiltshireman. Also this means that Mr Billing will be probably leaving the company within the next 3-5 years. I take this as a very good sign of things to come. He sees the company growing considerably in that time and has promoted Nicole now so she'll be ready to run/lead the more expansive company on her own. (He probably feels the company then will be too big for him) At such time he will step down....and sell his shares :-)
IMHO
With you even asking that question MP it seems definitely not...
A soft revolution is required....but it will take a long time (decades possibly - Checkout Azerbaijan's economic history since 1990 ).
If initiated well though, by a wise and forward thinking government making apt constitutional changes, it will be great for the Georgian people and geopolitically for the ROW.
IMHO
