I am not celebrating the price fall. They have got too much going forward to remain down, they will recover again soon. I am just stating the dividends payments are added bonus.

I also have shares in Lloyds they are looking good investment now. My other holding is Rolls Royce. Like me you know the rewards of holding a substantial amount of BT shares is the dividends they pay.
The drop in the share price, doesn't effect me i have no intention of selling, in fact i use it to buy more shares. The reason being is dividends payments i received, to put it simply it's like having a part time job.
I have no intention of selling. BT have surpassed the bulk of fibre roll out now, so therefore outgoings will be coming down, so they will then be able to reduce the deficit. Also an added bonus is the dividend they pay which is better than any banks pay.

He is very close to limit that he can hold then he will have to make a bid for the company. From what i can remember when he bought Drahi’s shares he had no intention of doing. He was quite happy with his holding in the company.
I am quite happy with the dividend payments that i receive. Also the added bonus of the share price rising. I bought in at 84p the secret is buy as many shares as you can the greater the holding the greater return. I did the same with Rolls Royce,at the time I was called stupid buying into a firm that was in negative equitity. He who laughs last, laughs the longest. What made me invest in stocks and shares was a email i received from my bank saying that they are going to the cut the interest rate on my account. As BT i think they will climb to around 330p per share next year. As for Rolls Royce I think they will be heading towards £14 per share the company in a really strong position now.
One of them was UT (uncrossing trade ) so it wont affect the share price. UT is a trade thats takes place between two traders one agrees to sell the other agrees to buy.
Lloyds shares are worth considering , i purchased them at 44p they are now around 80p. I can see them going up to around the £2 mark within the next 12 months
My opinion is sit tight in fluctuations like this, only sell if you have to. I have been caught out in the past by selling shares and then after i have sold the price recovered. We will be rocking and rolling again soon.
