not only did he state it would be a 'couple of weeks' and use the term 'blip' in the past tense, but it was all said and done in the clear context of how shareholders had been let down by, among other things, the inaccurate and overpromising by the BOD.

of course we expected an RNS.
When the Chairman says couple of weeks. It should be just that.
I say Chairman because we are not talking about the CEO. The Chairman is meant to be the voice of the shareholders to the BOD. Clearly that aint happening.
