why are they not exercising the buy-back power. they would solve matters. it clearly IS in the interest of shareholders for the company to use the dist. profits to reduce the capital at 61p a share.
jtd - you forgot to mention banks paying £200 for customers to switch. in every industry, sticky customers (especially the ARR) is paid a premium for. it is, after all, goodwill!
