I think that if one of our IIs undertook a placing at 25p then, despite the increase volume of shares, the market would react favourably and price the enterprise higher than today (thus the SP would rise). That is kind of what happened with SOLG.

If I remember right the bank is a local one, they might extend the interest free period all things considered. Also, Dik is a lawyer. He should be able to refinance with a new lender with an interest free period too. But there will be refin fees.

it is possible (though not probable) that if the IIs have backed "the 2021 plan" then they could undertake a follow on investment at, say 25 or 30p. But VOG BOD would have to show them progress - for example, signed HOTs with IPPs or renewed ENEO agreement.

@noveckingood - not wanting to get involved with your spat with filterboy, but a placing can be made at above market price. the company has to be able to convince the investor of the strike value. remember if the shares got bought off market then the funds do not go to company. above market palcing happened a few months back with SOLG.
