didn't place value on updated reserves, nor the acquisition of 50% interest in key block (despite stong third party interest). nuts.

surely paying $19M for 50% of Put-8 means we now have increased the value of the 50% we already had (if it was even valued at all) !! Why is that not factored into today's SP?

Remember GTE we’re paying c. $104M for the package in which put 8 formed a big part.

On 20 feb, GTE RNS stated:

“Gran Tierra believes PUT-8 contains at least two exciting drill-ready exploration prospects, which could potentially be drilled in 2019 using existing pads.”

I repeat: “at least two exciting drill-ready prospects”

at every point in SP journey there is a buyer and a seller, going bust aside.
with a 500k sell there, who knows why is going on. hopefully news will make up for it all, but there is nothing worse than a company that slips on the timescales for keeping the membership updated.
i was drawn into AMER for 'full time' partly on the basis that there was regular newsflow. then they moved to Q reporting. hope there is not a creeping void opening.

for A buyer there could be MULTIPLE sellers, and vice versa. which might provide insight into why we have flatlined for near enough a couple of months.
