Telegraph article was stamped 9pm and there was a rally into the close at 4.25pm. Either there was something to the rumours or the writer trying to make mates a quick buck. The latter unrealistic because there is no guarantee of sustained rally (if there is nothing to the rumours).

We might see some communication this morning, if even a holdings RNS.

Pretty poor IMHO. “Neither Mr Vernon’s ...”. Either the writer is Chinese or the article was not checked. Prob rushed out to counter rumours and subdue recovery hopes. Pretty pathetic really.
