can be lower than 5p if they restructure the share cap (subdivision and reclassificaiton). however, given market cap, i would doubt that. it might happen if there was too much volitility or billions of small holders - both of which not the case here.

on the other hand, a private placement can be above market price. rare, but happens. happened with SOLG.

for a listed public co, the market decides the value full stop.

you think they move the ask down with the bid to knock out stops? as opposed to widening the spread and make you chase the train?
