I would say they are almost there. A few more dotting of i's and a very good offer acceptable to both parties. We knew an extension was possible, it's not like buying a small company. There are many branches to Wood and each one will have been scrutinised by Sidara accountants. To "get it done quick" in real terms is probably 1-2 months. Extension = deal close. Minor details to be finalised. If the offer was miles away from satisfactory then no extension would be granted. The only ones panicking are the one who have invested more than they can afford to lose. First rule of investing. Having said that ,good luck to all .Sid
