As always your posts are well though out and informative but if someone was going to take RKH at 45/50p wouldn’t they be better off doing it now for 15-20p and then reap off the Ombre mare arbitration award money?
I think we will get around £30-50 million payout from the arbitration. However the claim is roughly for £300 million depending on dollars/euro conversion. I’m sure I read that the Ombre mare COS was 23%?? Maybe I don’t understand it correctly but why would the payout be for the full claim when the COS is roughly a 1 in 4 chance? I hope I’m wrong and we get the £300 million but there are far more clever people than I so if that’s true surely we would of been taken out by now by someone one who thinks the £300 million will be paid out and making £200 million profit in the process?

Hi. The point I was trying to make was the first part of the post was positive and echoes what you and I think will happen and says FIG won’t have any problem with Navitas and a potential third party but then with the last line of the post suggests otherwise.
