I have emailed HL and asked the question.

HL have taken 2/3 of the money I put in to support my application and returned the other 1/3. I’ve no idea like you say how they’d know but I’m free to use the money they have returned and the rest they’ve taken.

Looking at my HL account and it looks like I’ve received the allocation I’m allowed and a few more but not all the ones I applied for. Some of the money has returned to my account. It looks like I got 1/3 of the extra shares I applied for.

Or has Noboil or market dealer aka etc etc just found a bit more money down the back of the chez lounge??

If they go up and above 9p buy the shares exercise the warrants then that one wins. I’m surprised a man of your (cough) share dealing and wealth would need to ask. Surely (cough) although skint one day and then have the buying power of over £200,000 the next day you would surely know the answer. I as a mere car builder and nowhere near your outstanding share dealing skill set I chose to exercise my full OO opportunity in the hope by December 2023 the shares will be worth more than 9p. But hey. What do I know compared to someone who owns (cough) more than 2,000% more than I. Just for insight (cough) and guessing etc. I think the ombré mare arbitration will decide in our favour and reward us £50 million on August the 12th at 7AM. Then if you do the following calculation.
Shares in dilution x OO x warrents x POO x capex x FID (divided) by inflation which will obviously = £1.56 a share on 2/2/23 Give or take a day or a penny. IMHO. DYOR. Not a good feeling matey.

DeusExMachina I too enjoy reading your (more than mine) insightful posts. Longtimethinker, ovets, mogger and Cubane and more. I won’t turn this board into the kiddies ADVFN board and will only occasionally toy and play with Noboil as it’s so easy. I too prefer the more thought about and adult content on this board. Cubane1. I too hope we’ve seen the last of 7p and well beyond. However the word liar and me using it I disagree as when someone presents figures as facts that’s when it becomes a lie. Noboil said over £150 million (I wish/hope) would be coming imminently from the still not over arbitration. This was said 33 months ago and easily checkable. The same applies for the 30p soon which was said factually 34 months ago. Again easily fact checked. There will be no placing again presented as a fact. And finally when he constantly posts hinting/writing he knows more than the CEO of the company that’s when I feel the word liar is appropriate. I look forward to reading your posts as you present facts, knowledge and (like I) think you have no agenda accept for the company to succeed. But this one I’m replying to I disagree. When you said you thought it was the last of 9p it was like you said just a thought/hope. Nothing wrong with giving an opinion but as said above when said as a fact it then becomes lie. Which for 3-4 years that’s what he’s done.

When Noboil apparently owns 20 million shares but no RNS for her passing the % threshold that would by law trigger one. Also again claiming this year to be at another AGM today. Which last year was proven she never attended it despite claiming she did. Then not to mention the 30p soooooon which is now 34 months old and counting. Then the over £150 million pound net to Rockhopper from the yet over Ombré mare arbitration which she said a mere 33 months ago and again it’s still not over yet. I’m with HL and heard nothing from them. However I only own 600 million shares so chicken feed really as I’m skint IMHO DYOR. Just a gut feeling matey.
On a more serious note I don’t think anything can happen just yet.

LaticsRule. Noboil said the award would over £150 million net to Rockhopper after the lawyers have taken their cut which at £300 million if I remember correctly (???) would be 50%. She did first say the award would be coming imminently however that was 34 months ago. So she is definitely wrong on the imminent part.

SpaceHoppa. Let’s hope they’ve done what they did with Noboil banned her and she’s not been allowed to come back. But with Fakey/garbled if history is anything to go by she will reinvent herself using a new but similar name and continue with the bile.
On a more serious note let’s hope for a good OM result and no dilution but unfortunately RKH have a habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of glory.
