Certainly not for me, as I stated previously. I still have faith in the product. We just have to be hopeful that something can still be salvaged now it is very clear the company is run by monkeys.

The last chance shareholders had any possibility to maybe make a differencet has been and gone, so all we now have is blind faith that Dr Mike can get the FDA phase Ii approval through in the time frame they have stated, although the FDA gov website cutrently indicates otherwise.

I Guess the reason The Loren deal didn’t gel is because maybe he is not a yes man and is quite capable of making his own decisions. And that is wherein lies the problem. The only people who will be involved are those that do not question and are capable of kowtowing, but getting paid a good bit of wedge for doing so. As such any company with Mellon in charge I doubt will go anywhere. One only has to look at his recent investments and what’s happened to them....... All IMHO of course... :-)

Although he may want this to succeed, (he has plenty of egg on his face from his money fountain quotes). Maybe we need to start looking at his track record so far in this sector...... LIFE has closed down, The diabolical boot disaster that lost us nigh on 3m squid in less than that many years and he takes no action against an incompetent BOD or a CEO whose vulgar salary is incredible for such a loss making company.....WTF.

The money he invests is a mere drop in the ocean compared to his overall worth (hobby/entertainment money), so if it doesn't work out, he really wont give a monkeys arse, he will just move onto the next one and the next one, which it would appear he is trying to do now....CBD.

I still and will always have faith in the product as it is needed, but I've had it up to my neck with the constant lying and lack of professionalism from a BOD and CEO who need to be removed asap and replaced with those who are more savvy and truly are in the game for the shareholders and not just their personal gain.

And their latest info is that the phase 2 will end in 2019, yet on the OFFICIAL gov website which was updated on 15th August they state March 2020....blatant lying to the market and its shareholders since the 15th August info is the latest, I will be pursuing this with the HKSX. Did the Yooya deal collapse because Jim has his fingers in too many pies ???
Are RPG on the verge of signing with a concrete company (and I don't mean blue circle) and Jim has to step down due to a conflict of interest ??? Given the performance of all the pies he has his fingers in, one would certainly not want to employ him as a pie maker.........lol
As has been stated, hopefully it will all become clear after the interims are released, although. Given the large drop after the interim announcement date, I am not expecting good news.

Well certainly some jiggery pokery going on in the last 10mins today. Down 3.8% then 13 buys within 6 minutes, then 1 x 30k and 1 x 40k and it ends up 3% and yet still more sells than buys....wtf... ;-)

I stand corrected and thanks for the link. I just remember at the time a lot was written about this and contact was made with both JG and the HKSX, yet no action appeared to be taken. So there still is a possibility that an ii or two could have some substantial holdings, we just don't know. ;-)

Could the volatility be due to the fact that maybe there is not so much free float as we think. Mind you, none of whats been going on makes any sense whatsoever........ but it does give us bored shareholders something else to discuss....... LOL

I am not entirely sure how to managed to work that one out about ii's since unlike the UK there are no forcible rules in HK requiring any form of share holding disclosure. If you looking back to the amount of shares traded the few days following the UK launch (about 1.5billion or along that sort of magnitude and that was just the free float that was traded), there was not one disclosure made. There was also no immediate disclosure made when Maven sold their full holding during that same period (what was it 6 or 8%?). JG was questioned as, from what I remember, were the HKSX, but neither were that interested in following up since it was not a forcible requirement. As such, its anybody's guess if there are any ii's. Personally I think there must be some, but who, I don't know. We may just find out once we reach phase III of the FDA and some entity offers 500 mill USD for the remaining 70% RPG stock.....LOL.

If you sent it to JG, don't hold your breath. I never received any response to mine. I should have sent it directly to JM who usually tells JG to get his finger out and respond, so I only have myself to blame. JG is probably too busy counting his monthly salary, which probably takes several days as its so much and he has nothing else to do.

Hopefully you are referring to JM, who I am sure will respond.

Given the magnitudes in SP volatility or call it SP spread compared to volume, it seems to me that the share price can be easily manipulated. This morning its gone from a sell of 0.176 for 50k shares to 0.191 for 10k. Even Regent could easily influence the SP positively by just a few couple of hundered squid buys.....if they wanted too.... ;-)

Who or what has consistently been buying all the shares sold over the last few weeks (there maybe low volumes, but added up, the sold stock must now be quite a lot)? Surely not the brokers, they wouldnt want to expose themselves to what is probably currently considered a high risk stock, but then again, some entity must surely be buying them.....?

You wont get anything out of JG since its a closed period until after the results are published and then he wont divulge anything apart form the odd lie or two.... LOL
