Loads of small sellers today but I am sure it will not be long before we hit a new all time high and another and another. Everyone who sold this will wish they hadn't.

The buyer of 1.5m will know much more than the sellers of 10k and he will make a multiple of his money because he won't be flipping it any time soon. The majority of AIM punters lose money, like the ones who got this and sold it at a loss in the first week. Some of these selling today will be selling at a loss in a blind panic about something.

If 5% is a normal high yield and BEN can pay 100% the share price has to move up 20x to give a normal yield. There are no shares that yield 100% but BEN will if the shares don't move up.

BEN will have enough cash to pay a dividend of over 100% this time next year. A normal good yield is 5% so the share price could increase by 20x from here.

Not only has he delivered first coal early he is now promising;
1/ bigger production
2/ a second HWM
3/ dividends
4/ leveraging the washing plant and railroad to take over more local fields (this could be huge)
This little Company hasn't even started yet.

The surprise is not the share price moving up 400% its the fact that by any metric this share should be trading over £1.

It will be deep joy when this company starts paying dividends. There will come a time where the dividend is actually more than today's share price. Invest £100k today and enjoy a very nice early retirement

I had to listen twice, there is so much in there. BEN will be taking on surrounding assets on a royalty basis. That is brilliant, they part with no cash but bet millions of tones more MET Coal and just pay a few dollars per ton when they sell it. This stock should be priced in £'s not pence.

No offers in the market, if anyone wants to buy in size they have to pay over and even then no volume. This will have a nice lttle run into the weekend, looking for 40p next week.

With MET Coal HiVol B at $ 317 a tonne and A at $417 and total costs at $95 a tonne, this is a black gold mine. This is only going up and Up IMO.

Atlantic Coal ATC was delisted in 2015, I had shares before that and it was a 4 bagger for me. The same guy, I think, had Hitchens Harrison Stockbrokers which was sold to an Indian firm and was also a multi bagger for me. If it is all the same guy I'm sure BEN will be a huge multi bagger too.

StockMarketWire.com - Atlantic Coal shareholder Stuart James Thomas has requisitioned a general meeting to delist the company from AIM and change the name to Atlantic Carbon.

Thomas holds 378,070,513 of the company's ordinary shares - 7.70% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Don't forget only 70% of their coal is high vol B which is currently $317.50 a ton and 30% is high vol A which is over $100 more. That gives a blended price for BEN's coal of $347 a ton with extraction + over head costs of $95 a ton. So production of 1m tons will give them profits of $252m which is way over your estimate of $140m. Anyway these are very very under priced IMO.

A minimum of 480,000 tons a year with B at $317.50 and A over $400 that gives BEN profits of at least $96m but if they mine High Vol A it comes out at $155m. That is double the entire market cap in profit. Ben could pay a dividend of 200% of the share price, that is insane!

The placing was predominantly with institutions, over 70% of the stock is locked in and the placing was heavily oversubscribed. Add to that the 114p fair value research and we should see a multi-bagger here over the coming year.
