The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I do love sin city but gambling isn’t for Bighero, just well researched and perfect trading.
I like the name Vegas though. I might use that one in future…
Is this share a traders dream or an actual long term hold? Bighero says both! This last week I used my growing and bulging trading account to buy a not insignificant amount of shares at 42 and sold them today for 53. Bighero continues the march to getting richer.
Long term I have decided to leave a core holding here as I think it will do better than the share I cannot name. ODX has ALL bases covered with antibody and antigen. I will give some tips as when to sell and buy into the share I cannot name. I actually think I’m the best trader on this board which fills me with a warm feeling for a bank holiday weekend. Bottoms up and enjoy those pappadums.
I think you will all find that the last part of the opening post was actually very very very relevant to this share. If anyone can tell me why antibody tests are not the highly delightful flavour of the month then you will have my full attention. They will help reduce vaccine costs and allow vaccine supply to be distributed more evenly around the world doing more good than any other test. An expensive antigen test will be difficult to sell unfortunately, in the volumes needed to re rate a share price anyway. AVA6000 is an amazing product if it works and one everyone should be quite rightly excited about. Investors looking for money from it will have to be waiting a long time though as many hoops to jump through yet.
I also can’t help that I have a fan club.
Looks like your local hero was right calling out the rubbish talked about a few days ago. The fan club grows as more calls are made correctly. No RNS and no news of substance. Market correcting itself whilst some people made a nice profit on the pump. For once Bighero didn’t buy and make the nice 20% profit because my super senses just knew that all the hype was just bluster and verbal guff. Nice pump to the people that whipped this board into a frenzy but you have to be up much earlier than that to destroy this old boy’s breakfast.
There are some rumblings beneath the surface at the moment but momentum and momentous moments have shifted towards antibody tests. Thanks for listening.
Vegas may know Bighero’s email and we may actually be twins. Vegas has a delightful pizzeria in Nottingham. Pineapple does belong on Pizza when the recipe is taken all the way from the hottest shack in Sin City.
Suggest you research Vegas and Bighero CK (not Colin King), you’ll find quite the opposite of what you’re saying so you look a bit silly. Bighero forgives you though as a lot of people want to be me.
Vegas is obviously a bit drunk and an Avacta ramper. Oh the tinker. He still thinks airlines will all pay for Affidx out of their pocket and into make him a millionaire.
TW - can forecasts and plans not change if the government changes its requirements?
I see antibody tests as a way to cut the need for vaccines. Antigen needed as well of course but targeted vaccine booster approach will be cheaper and free up vaccines for rest of the world especially if all developed nations follow a similar approach.
From bbc article today:
Covid infection protection waning in double jabbed https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-58322882
Prof Spector said: "Many people may not need them. Many people may have had a natural booster because they've already had a natural Covid infection, so will effectively have had three vaccines.
So I think the whole thing needs to be much more carefully managed than just giving it to everybody which would be a huge waste and ethically dubious given the resources we have. I think we need a more targeted approach than last time."
It was a genuine question. Bighero knows the government we’re paying £4 a test from a FOI request that was posted by the Scottish Government. Add more pounds on and talk of 100s of millions of tests and you are potentially talking of billions of £££s more. What is wrong with that question. King Colin King of a company with a competing test alluded to such matters in an email. Exquisite and cheap is order of the day
That’s quite funny Icecool. You should know that my menu is far better than the average chip shop. Research suggests that big volumes of the Chinese stuff is £4 a go. I doubt Avacta could match that even at high volumes.
Email from King Colin King to a well known ODX supporter had the ODX Royal Highness suggesting the US market is a massive opportunity for Visitect as most countries in the world are swayed by how cheap the China tests can be. Avacta may have an exquisite test but if it’s too expensive it won’t sell in big volumes. What is needed is ‘exquisite and cheap’ like my delicious takeaway food. Or… to sell at a high price in the US as they are a bit pickier unlike the UK.
Well done. Bighero loves a story like this, just a shame you didn’t throw it all into ABDX first thing. Good tactic using the isa and even better to let others know of your good fortune. Let’s hear other success stories.
Well it looks like the market is going for the antibody test now. Exciting rise in ABDX (and a beautiful jump for ODX) taking Bighero back into a profit there and thus removing the pain of having a fairly significant red number in my portfolio. It’s nice and juicy blue now. Juicy like my chef’s special curry and dhal.
I did pivot towards antibodies a little while ago switching my stocks to a higher weighting in that sector over antigen which looks now to be paying off. 5% down for Avacta on a day like this is worrying but I still maintain this dog will come barking on it’s day. It might be an old dog by then but I actually believe old dogs can learn new tricks.
Wow, there is a first time for everything. Bighero was wrong here. Looks like I am human after all. Sorry POSTI.
Speeding ticket!?!? We’ll drop tomorrow as we’re not the antibody provider. Bighero knows a rubbish post when he sees one.
Bighero has a humongous tool. Thanks for noticing Gary. Hope you’re having a delightful Sunday.
