It starts getting odd though when regulators decide when a company is or isn’t in good financial health and how they distribute their own money?
Surely then Of-whatever could control the wages of failing / non complying companies directors, CEO and that ilk. If that's the case then they would not be 'private' companies but controlled by the state at the whim of the ruling political party at that time.
