It is clear to me that MT is an intelligent man and these recent actions are being implemented as part of an overall companie(s) strategy. I agree it could have been presented to the market in a more 'slick' way but sometimes in business these things happen. I am a large shareholder and I am still positive that BOS will be a success and I am happy to wait long term. It is a risk but it seems foolish to me to let BOS die after all the work they have put into it to date. Like everything on AIM - time will tell. GLA.

Personally once all the dust has settled on this episode, it will work out to be a good decision for both BOS & CD. I am very positive that over time BOS will give rewards to shareholders but also appreciate that it is a 'slow' grower. I will sit tight with my holding and watch it develop over the next 6-12 months.

MT has gone, good news in my opinion he was being spread too thin with all his different interests. We can now get somebody in 100% focused on BOS.

Everything in place, they have another 12 months trading. Just need to get some decent sized projects now and it will be positive IMO.

I have a feeling we will get an update tomorrow before the next auction.

I am expecting an LDP update next week.

Lets hope so - we are due something at least.

Civex Group is wholly-owned by Civex Group Holdings Pty Ltd. A new website has gone live at www.civexgroup.com.au As announced on 22 December 2016, Leed now holds approximately 33% in the holding company for the business, which has been renamed Civex Group Holdings Pty Ltd. Leed is pleased with the completion of this restructuring which places Civex Group on a firmer base from which to progress. A further update on the business and operations of Civex is expected in April 2017.

Had a note from CZ and he confirmed that the company re-structuring has gone very well and they are supplying good number of the blocks; moulds are working well now. He was very positive about the management team and the future, but emphasised it is a good start with much to do in the future but all sounded very positive. They are also looking into other revenue streams in Australia, which sounded very interesting. Keep the Faith!!!!!
