It is like a public divorce each party putting a case together with BOS being the baby to be fought over. I personally don’t think BOS is dead yet.
Definitely
Certainly looks that way, a big sell coming.
No not at all complicated. Going to an interesting run to Xmas i feel.

Another conversion - what is going on??????
I had a short e-mail reply from LDP saying Asset is suspended as they have no info for the market but they are working on something and may not need Asset any more. I have no more details than that but it was good of them to give us some update and hopefully it comes off. It is a matter of again sitting tight and fingers crossed that the LDP & Civex guys come up with something positive in the near future.
Yes this is very strange. It will interesting to see what happens next.
Agreed
I don’t think he can, we shall see what the next 1-2 months bring. We do have 2 parties trying to run this company.
I have the same - i have decided to wait it out and hope for something positive in the future.
kb - good point.
I have spent all of today going through the correspondence in BOS in 2017 and I have come to the conclusion that MT has played the ‘smoke and mirrors’ game for his own gain - which is very disappointing. I have a fair amount of money left in BOS still and will just leave it and hope BOS comes good with something and I get some money back. In the mean time that is me signing off as I have nothing else really to say. GLA.
In your opinion.
Did not expect that this morning. Going to be an interesting few weeks, good news in the long-term I think.
Lets hope we get lucky in the end.
I am going to write my honest opinion on how i feel the current situation is. Firstly i have been in and out of BOS and made some good money but at the moment i piled in big (based on my own research at the time) a couple of months back and i have 1.6M shares at just over 7p, so at the moment & yes i am 70% odd down after today. As people have said before technology start-up's are very high risk / high reward and not really my portfolio as my work background over nearly 25 years is oil and gas. At the moment we have to be realistic and say BOS is at a tipping point and could easily disppaear but being optimistic they could easily win some UK or Aus contracts soon and that will put a very different spin on things. I am now just going to wait and see & if i lose so be it, but i have a little feeling we may just turn into a phoenix. I will leave you all with this; i have been with a oil and gas process equipment system supplier for over 3 years and in that time we have win no major contracts and within they last month we have won two contacts in Nigeria & Kurdistan for over $100M, so based on this NEVER say NEVER for BOS. I am going stick with the glass being 1/2 full at the moment. GLA.
Absolutely - maybe a decent UK contract will pay dividends.
Still a disaster though, MT is a rat....
