I thought the whole idea of talking was to avoid the lengthy court proceedings.... God knows. I take heart from Align when they said they had spoken to the Company and they were confident of a resolution very soon. As I've said I can't see what there can possibly be left to talk about after nearly 2months of tea & hobnobs.

Yep... I still find it incredible the SP is where it is though.... we are much further along than when were 10times this price. Crazy but cheap as chips and a potential mega multi bagger this year.

God knows what the finer points are...this is India after all..... I cant see how GSPC have much to argue their case, if I were around the table holding all the cards like we are id press for an amicable solution where we get a good deal and GSPC save face but as mentioned this is India with a state run Company....difficult from the start for OEX but surely something can be sorted to avoid returning to the court house.

...I don't know WTF so called investors on this bulletin board want? How can any here give bigmj and grief for what he says....how many other directors of AIM oilys come on to these boards and interact with private investors?... If Cashing in warrants wasn't enough to show confidence and commitment to a delisted stock... Chatting with us all and trying to dispel our fears of money lost... And giving us all hope when lets face it most of us though this was another AIM disaster story. Of course he can't divulge and privy info and rightly so... Just be thankful he is watching and posting when he can. If in 4/5months we are still in the same position il take it on the chin and say I was taken in by it all....if we are riding at 6 or 7p then some of you will owe bigmj a mighty apology. I bet there are no takers for his 1p offer from the doubters!

Its never a dead cert Olidav8 but if you look at the potential of OEX the fact is nothing is priced in at this level and the court case had made some punters look elsewhere...its nearly over imho and once drilling dates/rig/permits are announced the potential upside here is massive. just my view.
