So its been 11 days since last RNS … 16az must be cracking on with the clean out operation and hopefully the oil is flowing in greater numbers... update this week form PH???

After reading it a few times I'm less concerned... The central Gov want MATD to crack on with helping them get Oil independence so I doubt a local paperwork issue will have much effect on overall proceedings... a call from the top should have this sorted very soon imho. Good chance to top up!

So the paperwork is cool between the 2 central government agencies but not the local 'provincial' agency..... You would of though they would of flagged this up ages ago if it was a problem or is it just some pen pusher trying to justify his job and wants a bit of cash for local causes. Hmmmm. Silly but annoying.

The thing about staying private is their credibility.... Just imagine the damage all could do on social media to the directors if they do rip us off. I doubt they could walk down the street without abuse from some disgruntled investors who have lost ££££££££

De listing was enforced on us as we exceeded the 6month suspension time limit... my guess is they never had intensions of beating the suspension time.

We all know its coming soon.... I'm waiting for the "oil shows" RNS in the days ahead

I've also enlightened a few places I frequent with the Benifits of tally.... Now would be perfect for the company to press the advantages of holiday money use as the £ is taking a battering and could drop more!

Another 250k buy.... Could be last chance to get in at 8p... News Monday @7 would see to that.

Ignor the noise Gizzard... These bell ends are digesting news and regurgitating bu LL sh ite.

1. The company has said many times it fully intends to re list.
2. Not possible to sell your shares on the open market as we are obviously not traded publicly at present but bigmj was offering to buy for 1p per share for sizeable amounts last year for anyone who wanted out.... Seems to be a genuine offer but nobody took him up as far as I know.
3.Not possible to buy Tally as yet but supposed IPO may change that.

It may be possible for private arrangements to be made to by and sell depending on your view of this ever coming back to the market but names would have to be changed on the share register for legal ownership.

The TALY ticker has been reserved by the company which is positive and bigmj offer to buy could be seen as a sign he knows more than us and is prepared to snap up cheap shares from those who want to salvage something from this.... Might be a good move or terrible move to sell for 1p.

Surely update on proposed IPO and Relist fairly soon before we all loose the will to live!!!

Its difficult for the board as its out of their hands and we are reliant on the word of a third party... id be gong nuts if I was waiting this long for promised funds to reach me.... all the assurances in the world don't mean anything until the cash is safely in the account but its not our call..i hope it drops on Friday so we can all crack on..permit news would also be welcome!!
