Nuri i think you will find all governments operate with a degree of corruption.. look at Boris and his cronies PPE contracts.. matt handjob neighbour registers a company with companies house... two weeks later land a £15m contract... or is that just a coincidence?... Maybe in Africa they are just more upfront about it.. everyone wants a slice.

When a placing is heavily over subscribed its a great sign for the company they everyone who viewed the prospectus liked the data they saw and was actively looking to be part of this venture and happy to put the cash in... if it was heavily under subscribed like many here i wouldn't of bought it... it wasnt...im in.

There obviously looking for lower entry price but that boat has sailed I'd say..in few months 40p will of looked like a cheap entry.
