Yet he continues to brag in interviews that he is proceeding with the IPO this year... i wish one of the interviewers would call him out on that asking how far he has got.... fecking nowhere is the answer he they will get!

He’s not difficult to pin down ….it’s just he’s a bloody liar…. He gives it the large in interviews a few times this year saying IPO before year end but can’t even give long suffering shareholders a rough timescale….always blaming “other factors outside his control” that’s his de facto get out clause every single time he’s asked a question he doesn’t want to answer.

He hasn’t given any updates or numbers on new accounts opening or anything to reassure us shareholders things are on track and IPO is closer than ever. If I could be bothered to dig back 18months or I’m positive he said they were working on paperwork for the IPO…and here we are knocking on the door of 2024 and the 🛎️ end still won’t commit to a date. What a fecking A hole that man is…..more BS than a cattle farmers field.

And as for him trying to pat himself on the back for holding these monthly Q&A’s well give that man a blue Peter badge… it’s the least he could do after the balls up of getting us delisted…. But what material info have we had in the last 3 years.?…. Oh we have been fixing bugs on the App…. Building the business…bla bla bla ...metrics (but can’t say what they are)…all pointless Lip service…not answering the only question we want answered.. The Crap he can say and we have to assume his team are working hard to get this relisted when in reality we are fecking nowhere….and could of been back on the AIM 4 years ago… i honestly hope Karma catches up with him soon…it’s all he deserves for pi $ $ I ng us Around month after month.

Well if he doesn't have a solid date to give shareholders tonight in the Q&A then it wont be happening this year IMHO... he should be taking the bull by the horns and going for it in September.

We don't have the cash to push this and increase advertising... or to take this to other countries without the IPO... so we either bumble along for feck knows how long ..like we have for the last 5 years or we get the hopeless and spineless brokers to get this IPO on the road.... its not like we are after 100's of millions....Come on CP you know this is the only way to grow Tally so lets crack on.

Can’t see it dropping almost 50% from recent highs Slugmum but we shall see.

I’m expecting an upbeat chat tomorrow… I’m sure he will be pressed on the IPO status but his opening statement usually sets the tone… if it’s just a bog standard “ we continue to build the business and develop the app” bla bla bla and nothing else he will be in for loads of abuse I’d bet… then there will just be one maybe two let in the chat asking questions we already know the answer two.

He has stated it’s 2-3. Months for an IPO …we have all of Sept…Oct…Nov…Dec… so no more excuses CP!

Of course it will dickie…as long as we raise the required amount…. We need a £30m valuation so as long as we reach of even better surpass that figure with an over subscribed IPO we are up and running….those who want out can get out and those who want to see if this develops into something bigger can stay.

Dj ….my view is the IPO will give a decent cash injection which CP needs to take this to the next level…. Other jurisdictions need to open ASAP and pushed hard…growth will attract more growth. If CP kicks this can again after another public statement of IPOing this year the tiny amount of trust left in him will be diminished even more…. And someone send him a few Tally to get that Barnet cut!!!!
