1,587 bopd was the oil net of any water. The water itself (6.6% of the higher flow rate) was equivalent to 112 bpd, so total production on the 2nd test was actually 1,700 barrels, of which 112 was water. Once the water problem is fixed, which sounds easily done, and the higher capacity kit is available above ground, then there’s no reasson why they won’t achieve a higher flow rate of dry oil.

Angus have categorically stated. No fracking.

iMHO a decent EWT at Balcombe will see us back to around 4p. Right now it seems a while off so we are just seeing a small churn at a distressed sp level.
Once we have a timeframe for Balcombe buyers will return.

Although on the face of it seems to be protecting pis interest what actually matters is they are funded for the drill. A placing would achieve this, now there could be a substantial shortfall if the sp is below the OO as per Angus the take up would be derisory.
Sounds honourable but is risky

IIs have a habit of getting what they want. They wanted a cheap placing to reflect the risk on this wildcat drill, don’t be surprised to see them drive this down.

Clearly the IIs wanted a placing nearer to 1p. It’s somewhat disingenuous to ramp the price implying alternative finance then do an OO, which they set the price for.
V interesting to see how mkt takes this

It’s staggering the amount they have to submit to rest a well that has already been drilled, appraised and flow tested. Bat Surveys !

On the plus side meetings have seemingly been going on for months so hopefully this will sail through with no revisions
