It’s a disgrace they are not doing everything in their power to restore share holder value, but alas they are slumped in their plush Chiswick office watching the cash roll in to their bloated salaries. Here’s an idea make them take shares in lieu of salaries until value is restored. I just hope Sam and his pals have a bid soon and wipe out these losers.

A condition of mid cap releasing funds is the company is recapitalised 99.99% of the time that means equity..

Equity required end of story when this is sorted the stock can begin to turnaround only question is at what discount will the placing be?

Yup in short in 6 months time with Uganda hopefully sorted plus new ceo in place and cost cuts implemented any bidder would be looking at nearer 2 quid imho. Just makes sense for an opportunistic bid hell if only to sink 2 holes in those 30 % cos Guyana 700 mb beasts

If I was a suitor though would just take the lot at this mkt cap. A bid of say 1.20 would do it
