Hummm...sorry about that, but worth posting??

Yes, a good day. I notice Walker Crips WCW had a pretty good day…our largest shareholder, but it’s pointless to try and figure out any correlation as too much guess work required, including likely client funds into the mix. Let’s hope for a few more good days!
Yes, I hear what you are saying, but they are hoping to be out of the 4 companies after 2 years with a special dividend paid.
I’d like to think, if they do what they say, the market will wake up well before the companies are disposed of and the money in the bank. e.g.
Belluscura – first model starts production ‘next couple months’, second model by year end and the third by first quarter next year.
Guident – building remote centre ‘as we speak’ and ‘hopefully, in the next few months they are able to prove that out and able to on-board customers’ – early stages I know, but will start to be valued by the market?
Lucyd – Just entered the retail market and ‘expand sales dramatically over the next 3 years’.
Salarius – producing and selling ‘the packets Sept/Oct’ & ‘hope to be onboarding a major snack food company by years’ end’ – confident if they can land one, others will follow quickly.
If they can pull these off, prove themselves (although they have to a degree with the recent floatation) the market will start to feel confident and put some real value on this share well before the 2 years…but I have been proved wrong in the past, so it’s not guaranteed!
Agree…. There’s no doubt you need the patience of a saint for this one! One gets the feeling it has taken longer than even the directors predicted to themselves to take these products from IP to commerciality.
Been in this one many years and keep thinking and being advised we must be almost there…then another 6 months goes by. To a degree there has been uplift in the value of the company, but also there are more share issued, so can’t exactly say the doubling of the value has translated into the share price.…none the less a reasonable return if you came in at the right time.
Despite being tested to the maximum on this one, I still think we will get there in the end and have faith, but may take another 6-12 months.. I don’t think we will be disappointed either? (hopefully) - Had another top up this morning…’in for a penny in for a pound’ and all that. Hopefully not an act of a Kamikaze pilot!!
Oh, just in case some didn’t see the relevance of that last post.
Tek holds an approx. 15% stake in Belluscura.
7th June there was a sale of 66,666 shares of Belluscura shares. 9th June an RNS advising that warrant for 66,666 had been exercised at 15p.
Not sure if the drop in both companies related in some way to this, but thought it would be interesting to revisit the document and find out how many more warrants are around at this level.
As new shares are issued they will effectively dilute our holding. There are more, but not a huge amount therefore can’t see it have a massive impact and the market will be aware of the situation.
May be another factor dropping the price?
TC – I have to agree with you on the Vox market interview…stuck with it, but it was a trail of strength!
JJ, the thought did cross my mind to switch a few across to Bell and may be some investors did so on Friday, thus supressing Tek a little? Trouble is, there are the three other companies, all of which could do well, at the moment Tek has 15% of bell, so it is a conundrum. I too think Bell will succeed, but at the moment, I think both will do well, so I’m simply going to watch for now. Could introduce new monies, but at the moment feel I have more than enough in Tek!

Thought for the day - Maybe if Biden gets his $6t package thru, some of which is planned to be spent on ‘infrastructure, large new investments in, transportation and fighting climate change’, Guident may be well positioned?

Let’s hope Tek starts to be appreciated. In November 2020 accounts, Tek share in Belluscura on its own was valued at $2M, which represents 6.6% of the total ‘Fair Value’ valuation of all the companies at the time of $31M.
Belluscura being floated and Tek share now worth £8m reflects the progress e.g. FDA clearance etc. We are told the other companies have also moved forward, by how much who knows, but if it’s not far off Belluscura’s, well you do the very rough maths. I know extra funds have been put in, but not just to Belluscura…having said that, Guident’s value of $22m seems very high, but it may be right? No doubt the proof will be ‘in the pudding’, within the next 2 years? Hopefully 20p should be reached minimum?
