We were aiming to have all 3 TM’s active and working the London area at the beginning of August, the past 2.5 months. As I am aware one TM did start, one was expected to start last Monday and we are still looking to employ the third TM for London. I will be taking this information into account when the news is released this week that London is live. I am expecting numbers of restaurants to be added regularly in London, far more often than the other territories, so I will not be too concerned if the initial number of restaurants for London is not as high as what I’d expect from 3 active TM’s.

Let’s hope this takeover offer appears soon, how exciting, I reckon we could be offered 30% more than the current SP, that would be just over 9p a share. I’m sure myself as well as most other LTH would be delighted with that offer ;-)

I must admit with all of these £300 buys (4000 shares) I too thought of the possibility that someone, maybe a Billionaire investor, was building a strategic holding to be in a position to take us over ! ;-)

So we have an individual Billionaire investor, of which we have no proof or any such statement from the company, and this Billionaire investor is building up their holding by buying blocks at £300 a time (4000 shares). That’s brilliant ....... couldn’t make it up ! Geez. ;-)

15p SP would be marvellous. I just don’t see it this year, maybe next if all pans out well and RP stops throwing shares around like confetti. Surely he hasn’t got any more mates to give shares to ! ;-)

I am not sure what news some are expecting in the short term ?, other than the OTC listing which I would like confirmation on by the end of September.

I for one hope the Jim Mellon has nothing to do with this company. If you research Mr Mellon you will see he is very successful, but like someone else we know related to this company, not to be trusted imo. If you are interested do some research on a company called Plethora (PLE). Owned by Jim Mellon, had a lot going for it, Mr Mellon decided, for his own benefit imo, to de-list the company. Tucked up the pi’s moving the shares to the Hong Hong stock market if my memory serves me correctly. It all seemed very underhand. I am not comfortable when Billionaires start to show an interest and get involved with a company I hold shares in. I don’t understand why some gain some kind of comfort from it. It isn’t a good scenario imo. They are there for one reason and one reason only, to line their own pockets. Yes you could say the same about all of us, but there are many examples when these knowledgeable Billionaires get involved under hand events unfold and pi’s get tucked up. Let’s be honest, they don’t give a second thought for us pi’s, its all about power and their own wealth increasing imo. Another good example being the Hinduja brothers, billionaires named as the wealthiest people in the UK several times. They bought into Optare, a company which manufactured buses, becoming the outright owners. Guess what happened to that company and it’s pi’s. The Hinduja’s delisted the company, and guess who lost out ! You have to sometimes ask yourself how have these individuals become so wealthy. I do, and I can answer that question in my own mind, hence why I get uncomfortable if a Billionaire takes an interest in a company I hold !

I’ve been given the recent news of our new HNW investors a considerable amount of thought. A number of investors here are clearly excited by the news, and to be fair there was a time, and not so long ago, that I too would have been lifted by the news and probably, as I have in the past, been wanting to invest more here on such news. So what’s changed. The big one for me is the lack of trust in RP and not taking everything, or should I say more to the point, anything he says as face value. I am not going to use this post as an anti RP and drag up the past, instead I want to be more constructive. So, we know we have a group of HNW individuals that have just invested here. Am i excited by this, no ! HNW individuals, would it be fair to say by that statement they are multi-millionaires. A group of them, so more than two, let’s be fair to Highlands here and say three. So without RP spin on this, the facts are approx three, certainly no less, HNW individuals have invested, as a group, £353,000. That’s approx £100k each. Not a lot really is it, seeing as these individuals are HNW. I bet as a percentage of their worth, and the percentage of most of our worth, our being existing investors, we have risked / invested so much more than this group. So what is there to be excited about. RP, once again, has made this out to be something amazing. Well, the facts aren’t telling me to be too excited. The truth is, if we all stop and think about this, a greater number of us LTH have more invested / risked as a total of our Nett worth much more than these guys, who really, lets be honest, aren’t going to offer us that much with just £100k each (guesstimate) invested. Once again smoke and mirrors being played out here. I do believe the CBD market is huge. I believe there is potential to make considerable money within the industry. I am no longer being naive as I have done here in the past by taking what RP says as face value. Therefore, at this moment in time, the news of these new investors, which such a small amount invested doesn’t excite me.

RP states we did not need to raise the money .......... then why offer the shares at such a low price ! Why not charge a premium to this group of high net worth individuals, especially as they found Highlands ‘highly attractive ! I fear more lies from this man. If this was truly the case charge a premium, see how ‘keen’ they are to invest, or tell them to buy on the open market, like the rest of us. Why were we ‘keen’ to accept the investment if our new business has the fantastic opportunity ahead, as keeps being mentioned. I would suggest RP is out of his depth here as he has excepted this offer based on ‘their experience and connections’. Clearly then RP you don’t have much faith in your own capabilities to make this new venture a success. Waiving the bonus for the following financial year is no real offer from RP. The company now has nothing else to fall back on. This new venture either works in the next 12 months, stands on its own two feet and brings in considerable revenue at good profit margins, or if it fails to do this the company doesn’t survive and RP wouldn’t have a received a bonus anyway !

Someone has conveniently forgotten to take the £2.1 million into consideration. The £2.1 million sat in the bank being used to accelerate the National Roll Out. Oh, must have slipped their minds ;-)

Wrong terminology used, I do not know that the restaurants added are ‘new’ ones, I have not been keeping that close a detail listing all the restaurant names. However, irrespective of whether they are ‘new’ restaurants or ones which have reappeared, ‘at this stage’ this is positive, although as I say much more progress is needed. I am not getting excited by two more restaurants on the app than yesterday, just as I am not concerned when 2, 3,4 or 5 drop off the app which we are incessantly told about by the numerous doomslayers.
