You clearly lack intelligence if you think that the majority of the readers of your posts can’t see through you. Clearly de-ramping the stock, which indicates to me you see value here, otherwise why spend so much of your time posting ?

You also demonstrate a clear lack of business acumen if you believe what you post.

I have a question for you seeing as you are so keen to repeatedly post about the revenue here and little else.

Tesla’s MCap has broken through £100 billion to second its place as the worlds second largest car maker by value. Take a look at their revenues, I think you’ll find they’ve never made a single penny profit, so how can this be ?

Elon Musk must have been ‘conning’ the shareholders the same as Aidan is here in your opinion !

Good post Dalester, makes perfect sense. Dish were also developing an app where the restaurants could ‘on-board’ themselves. If restaurants started to sign up themselves this could also potentially add significant numbers each month. The potential here is huge imo.

Good, I’m pleased, makes it more difficult to trade. Because the day after selling you may be locked out if looking to re-enter at a cheaper price. The new strategy is gaining traction. With additional restaurants signing up daily, and we are witnessing these numbers starting to increase per day. The new team have made a good start and not even on full throttle yet. Much more to come here, and imminently imo. With this share it’s much more sensible imo to pick your sell price and be patient enough to wait for it, whitest tracking the daily progress via the app. Not the time to be day trading wi

13 new restaurants added today (Glasgow +2, Leeds +1, London +3, Manchester +1, Newcastle +1, Nottingham +2, Southampton +2, York +1). ...... Very healthy as spread across various areas.

Also worth noting we are now retaining those already signed up. None of the restaurants are dropping off like they have done previously and was such a big issue according to those wanting to de-ramp the share.

Also, which I believe to be very significant , is the speed and amount of sign ups are increasing each week.

Based on the start of the year and the new strategy sign ups week 1 Totalled 15. Week 2 totalled 29 new additions. Today 13.

An average of 13 daily sign ups would add 65 per week / 260 month.

This is starting to gain traction !

First week of 2020 between Friday 3rd Jan to Friday 10th Jan the new strategy added 7 new locations and 15 new restaurants.

Last week (2nd week) between Friday 10th Jan to Friday 17th Jan a further 8 new locations were added and an additional 29 new restaurants.

We lost just 1 restaurant in this two week period, in Bristol.

Very significantly, 11 new restaurants were added in London last week.

The new strategy is starting to work and imo will soon start to really gather momentum.

I don’t wish to be rude to you Bottmzup but you clearly don’t understand the stock market and value’s it associates to companies floated on it. There are numerous companies on the stock market with huge MCaps but are riddled with debt and don’t make a single penny profit. The stock market values a company on its ‘predicted future’, not where it is today. There is not always a true correspondence between a companies value on the stock market and its actually value in the ‘real world’. I have a close friend that floated his company on the stock market. They were advised to go for huge growth and ignore being profitable. Totally the opposite to what you should do with your company in the ‘real world’. In one particular trading year his company ‘underperformed’ on the amount of houses they had predicted to the market they would build. However they made far more profit that year and yet still the market marked down the companies SP. This was madness and no connection to reality, the company had built less houses than it predicted, its costs were therefore much less and profits were significantly higher than predicted. Needless to say my friend having had a record financial year, witnessing his companies SP be de-valued, bought all the shares back off the market for much less than the were truly worth. And by the way turnover is for Vanity, profit Is for Sanity ....... this counts in the real world, but not on the stock market.

The placing in June last year was an investment from an American Family office. They purchased £2.1 million @ 7.2p. You would think they had done their due diligence and prejected the Company to be undervalued at that price. I am sure it wasn’t just a ‘gamble’ for that sum of money and they expect to see a profit from their investment.. With current shares in issue an SP of 7.2p values the company at £25 million. Aidan has spoken about this company being worth at least £100 million. There have been many purchases and buy outs in this sector for sums of money far in excess of £100 million. We need to do some work before we can be valued at that amount imo, but the strategy is geared to make the company look attractive to a buy out for £100 million, and the new strategy, although early days, seems to be working :-)

On the 13th December we had 206 restaurants on the app across 13 different locations. Great progress being made here since the start of the year

Iceman, download the Bigdish app. You can then track daily the locations and number of restaurants in each of those locations. I wouldn’t invest here without having the Bigdish app to check progress yourself, without the need to rely on RNS’s. This is quite a unique share, and a great opportunity imo, where you can keep a daily check on progress yourself simply by downloading the app. With this share we are not reliant on regular news flow / RNS and we don’t have to gamble on the CEO’s vision. All the info we need today, this early in the companies plans, is available via the app, kind of like inside info .......... a very transparent way to track the progress being made .

Art, for clarity, I wasn’t mocking your valuation as such. More the case of the method to value the company 100 restaurants = 1p. Which means, on that basis, that if we see an SP of 3p this week with no further restaurant acquisitions then we should all sell as the company is only worth 215 restaurants = 2.15p. A bit is light hearted fun, and no offence meant. By the way, do you know what a yatch is ?

I’m looking forward to 6 months time and being in a position to look for a new ‘yatch’ Ronnie ........ Whatever that may be ;-)

I am impressed though how both yourself and Art have figured out how to value a Company such as this. I don’t know why no one else here, including myself, has ever thought of it. 1p per 100 restaurants added. 2500 restaurants 25p. 3000 restaurants 30p. Pure Genius ! ....... Anyone doubting you guys just has to work it out for themselves. With the current shares in issue 2500 restaurants (25p) gives a MCap £87Million. 3000 restaurants (30p) gives a MCap £104Million. And this is going to happen in just 6 months, wow, I might buy two ‘yatchs’ ! ;-)

I can’t help but think with Tom’s strategy of adding new locations and increasing our footprint we will become more appealing to the Chains. I also don’t for one minute think Sanj’s experience won’t bring in results. He was not CEO material, but as a consultant he has to show results to earn from Bigdish. He can no longer just draw a wage. I have a feeling with Sanj’s experience and contacts, Tom’s strategy starting to show results, we’ll soon see the Chains coming on board. It is all about timing and I think some on this BB were simply too impatient in regards to Sanj signing up Chains. I am really pleased Aidan recognised the previous strategy wasn’t bringing in the results and growth rate as quickly as they wanted. Acting promptly to change the strategy and personnel was a great move from Aidan. And I am of the opinion keeping Sanj close to the Company as a consultant will also prove to be a good strategic move.

I believe BigDish intends to launch a new revenue stream on the app this month, ‘premium’.

Long long way to go yet, imo. I feel the SP will be way North of here by the end of the month. I’m looking forward to seeing where we are at the end of Q1. Let’s see what this new team can achieve by the end of the first three months. I have very high hopes.

Nice subtle deramping there :-). Four weeks notice is generally the period of time the majority of employed staff have to give when terminating their employment. I know of many companies that ask the employee to leave immediately and not work their notice period once they have made the decision to move on. Placing ? ........ Being invested and keeping up to date with company news flow would tell all that the company has sufficient funds until Q3. More funds may be, and most likely, will be required in Q3. This is quite normal for a start up company. The last placing for £2.1 million was at an SP of 7.2p, and at the time the American family office that invested made clear there were more funds available if needed. Some do like to use the word ‘placing’ to spread fear ;-)

Mid October Brighton had 6 restaurants signed up. Just 2 months later 40+. Mid October Bigdish had a total of 145 restaurants signed up. Just 2 months later 215 (50% increase). Now let’s remind ourselves these additions have been added during what has been described as a ‘failed period’. ......... Now imagine what could be possible with the new CEO, Tom, and the new strategy ! The company identified immediately their original plan with the TM’s was not bringing in the results as quickly as they desired. They want to achieve rapid growth and didn’t hesitate to make personnel changes and adapt the strategy. Very pleased with their decision and proactive attitude. This has huge potential imo.
