BP, I say this once again. I have no desire for SG to fail but you have to do the maths. How often can they say they are a cheap producer without counting the cash doon the drain?. No way is this a cash machine.
''In his place is a small group defending him, trying to pass him off as just your average investor who doesn't like people who disagree with him.'' Iggy, he he is not an average investor and I was not defending him.We have tangled countless time over the years and he will have the last word. He is relentless in defence of SG, why? f**k knows. His agenda? trying to recoup serious losses.IMO this mine will never ever make enough to pay off it's debt and fund future mines. It's a pipe dream that has managed to limp on for too long.
RH,yer going too far.
''Baz, He came after me '' TB comes after anybody who disagrees.he has to have the last word. Give it another ten years and like me you will get to kinda like him.
'' but if it kwaks like a duck, walks like a duck, then…'' he should be up in front of the beak. Andrew, TB and ma'sell have been sparring on theses boards for years. He is an ordinary investor (albeit one with a lot of skin in the game). He is no more privy to sensitive information than you or I.If he really had information do you think he would be buying into this clu*******K after losing hand over fist for 13 years? Nah he is fed the same nonsense as the rest of us.
Andrew, your post doesny make sense to me. If TB was sending email to people bigging up the mine's prospects then surely he would buy first and not later?.
TB, I have seen all the coal seams, gold veins/copper/diamond ores to do me for a lifetime. The only thing they all have in common is that when underground they all smell exactly the same. The next time I go underground I will be in my wooden sleeping bag.
A mine visit is exactly that--- a visit. For those who have never been underground it can prove to be exciting and a story to tell when back in your local pub but it is no more than that. You will not be provided with cash sensitive stories nor should you. It is what it is ie a visit.
''So what am I - and the market makers lol - missing?'' belief /trust/honesty.Take your pick.(you are allowed to pick more than one.)
''we highlight that long hole stoping is the most appropriate mining method for steeply dipping narrow vein gold deposits like that observed at Cononish. '' Well I never . That is like stating coal burns well in a fire.
The bod have stated before that Cononish will not pay out dividends in it's lifetime.
Andrew, just sit back and watch it unfold.
'' Imagine the joy another three or four Cononishes would bring.''. How long are you expecting to live?
''Does anyone know?'' I do not know but I would imagine it would be prudent to hold back and see how the lhs pans out.(pun intended)
''It looks to me like you've exposed yourself as one of usual suspects who has some unknown vendetta ''. Hmm, would that be S*****k per chance ?
Small lots at a tenner a pop is an expensive way to average down imo.
TB, compared to me you're a youngster.
IIRC from the mine plan, the cut off grade is around 4gms/tonne.If the mine can produce gold so cheaply as they say, why is the cut off point so high?. There are underground mines in the world mining lower grades than that.
Can you imagine this lot finding a potential mine and developing it from scratch?.
''Baz , it's done me better than you '' That is subjective/ debatable considering where we are at. However young man I wish and the rest all the best.
