Christmas was quiet, but managed to see two of our family on Christmas day !
I still feel sure we will come good with GDR, just not sure when ?
I believe DB did the right thing in targeting the USA; India and Africa, as I do not see vaccines being available to all in the world until some time in 2022, and maybe not even then ?
Testing will be needed to ensure COVID-19, and it's mutations are being controlled by Vaccines ?
In the Coronavirus briefing today it was said that AstraZeneca can produce 3 Billion Vaccines by end of year 2021, and each person needs 2 doses, so enough for 1.5 billion people, nowhere close too enough ?
Population of Africa 2020 = 1,348,301,517
Population of India 2020 = 1,380,004,385
Population of USA 2020 = 331,000,000
World population 2020 = 7,800,000,000 x 2 doses = 15,600,000,000 doses needed yearly, as a minimum.
Nobody knows how long a Vaccine gives protection against the virus ?
Mutations complicate the manufacture of Vaccines ?
We do not know how many Pharma's will gain Vaccine approval ?
Testing will be here for many years to come, and BC/GDR will be ideally placed to help !
Looking forward to seeing our first 10 mil+ order !

My 3 questions were about status updates:
. on the European £10+ order expected to be received by year end ?
. on the launch of the BC Automated One-Step rapid saliva PCR solution ?
. on the POC completion and launch to market ?
I did not see the point in asking about Approvals, as I am sure they would say we are still waiting, and they will update as soon as they know.

I have just read through the AGM Notice again, 'more thoroughly', and I am now not sure that any questions other than questions directly in response to any of the resolutions proposed at the AGM will be answered ?
I did send in 3 separate questions, and received an automated support portal# for each question.

. To give us an update on the status of the European order at tomorrows AGM. DB did say he expected European Sales this month, with delivery and revenue expected Q1 : 2021, and so the AGM would be a Good opportunity to update us all !
. Also a Good opportunity for DB to give us a POC update - are we ready to apply for Approval and launch in March 2021 ?

Additionally, the Company is working to progress to a version 2 of the product, which would accept a similar freeze-dried PCR bead format previously developed for the high throughput Genedrive® 96 SARS-CoV-2 Kit. This will allow for lower production costs and highly scalable manufacturing capacity.'
. Also in the United States, an update of its intention to import and distribute its Genedrive 96 SARS-CoV-2 Kit prior to an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) determination !
'Notification was made on 25 November and acknowledged on 15 December. The current claims of the product cover high throughput testing on a variety of third-party RT-PCR platforms for upper respiratory track specimens'.

I agree BigB, I am in too, and staying in, fully loaded, ready for the Great News to come.
I still expect to hear Good News on a European order worth in excess of £10mil, very soon !
Also the Good news on our POC !
Get FDA/EUA, and we will be in a Good position for Biden's Test expansion plans!
Testing will be around for many years, and I believe that where Governments have bought unreliable rapid Tests, they will change their course once these are used up, and will buy known reliable Tests in the future !
The waiting is frustrating, but I am sure we will come Good !

Do you have a link you can share, I am very interested to read it.
GHIF are still well invested with us, and I am expecting some news on their input here ?

I reckon it will be a matter of judging the situation once the Good News starts to Roll out !
It is very difficult for me to say now the SP I would sell any Shares at ?
A lot will depend upon how our SP reacts to each piece of News, as it unfolds !
I am expecting a huge demand for Testing, for a very long time as Countries realise they need to Test the whole population, many times over to ensure the Vaccines work, (for all) and for how long they work, and how they respond to Mutations ?
Let alone the fact that we have several other Great Products close to roll out !

BGF sold their <3% holding down to zero, and sold a further 187,313 shares from their Loan Note conversion issue ?
6,718,02 - 6,530,709 = 187,313 shares sold ?

Interestingly the Conversion of Loan Note RNS on 11th Dec states BGF will receive Under the terms of the conversion, BGF will be allotted and issued 6,718,022 new Ordinary Shares.
The RNS today states (as I read it) they own 6,530,709 which is an increase up from their previous holding of <3% ?

But this does not calculate correctly ?
Any ideas anyone ?

RNS confirmed BGF now own 6,530,709 = 10.335 % from their previous holding of <3% .
This takes our Total GDR shares in market to 63,192,485

Does anyone have a thought on what a 'No Deal Brexit' would have on European Orders ?
I am wondering whether DB saying he expects European Sales by this year end, with delivery and revenue due in early 2021, is because European orders would be expected to be confirmed before year end , in case of a 'No Deal Brexit ?
