Agreed One Knows - We need Sales.
For certain we are All very dis-appointed, Frustrated, Concerned and Worried about the lack in Sales.
However, we have to look at the real reasons for No Sells ?
From the outset of our Test launch, DB stated that GDR were aware that the UK were not looking for any new Test suppliers, and Europe were obviously in the same position. Our POC will hopefully give us a chance in UK and Europe, going forward.
The only Approval in our targeted Countries is South Africa, and we know they place orders in a 6 month cycle.
DB has stated that All the Opportunities that have been reported to Share Holders are still in place, they have not gone away - European Country MOH order slipped, but still in negotiations. 1mill+ order waiting necessary Approval, still in place. POC still going forward. BC collaboration still in place, and as many have reported on here there is much movement in the background, suggesting our BC arrangement is gaining ground !
Hopefully Biden with his promise to increase Testing by 7 fold, will make a difference, from today onwards !
I have wondered whether Trumps team have had a hand in slowing up FDA/EUA Approvals, he certainly never accepted Covid as a Huge issue, and has not financed the fight against COVID anywhere near Biden intends too.
GHIF, Calculus and BGF are still Big GDR Shareholders. I believe GHIF Share conversion was around 97p ?
I believe GHIF will be a Great partnership once we can sell into India and Africa. We know Testing will be Biggest immediate effect that can take place in these Countries right now. The President of WHO stated only yesterday of his huge concerns about getting Vaccines into these poorer Countries. Testing is the immediate way forward for these Countries. Full Vaccination is a long way off.
Testing will be needed for many, many years to come - World Wide.
GDR decided to focus on USA, India and Africa, but No one realised just how long it will take to gain approvals from these Countries.
I am hopeful we will gain FDA/EUA soon, and this will also give us Approval into India too.
I believe that our collaboration with Beckman Coulter will prove to be a Great partnership, and that the many Labs, across the USA being equipped to Supply and Test via Robotics in vast quantity will prove to be Massive.
If our Test was not Gold Standard we would have heard this by now, considering the 65k Tests that we sent out to many Countries, back in May, and No Negative reports posted back. We know that our Covid Test proved to be Excellent when tested in an Independent lab in the USA, and also in BC Labs.
Let alone DOD, AIHL and HCV etc All forging forward.
