Actually, even without any sales, at our current cash burn rate, we have sufficient funds to support our Business for 18 months, when we add in our annual Development Tax Refund of £1.2, due in December 2022 - each year !!!

Plus we have No Debt, and therefore we have many ways to raise funds, other than a Share placing !!!!

At the time we had signed up with Beckman Coulter (BC) to distribute our Covid-19 RT=PCR Test, in the USA and Europe. Beckman Coulter confirmed they were building 10 New Labs across the USA, housing two of their Analysis Machines in each Lab, to facilitate the expected PCR Tests they would sell for analysis - and each machine could analyse 1000 Tests per 8 hour shift - we know the sell of our PCR Tests in the USA was thwarted because we did not get FDA Full Approval, and still have not. Incidentally, £5.77 is equal to c.£3.25 with todays quantity of Shares in Market, and our GDR SP rose to an intra day SP of £1.65p at that time.

In our half year report dated 25th March 2021, our David Budd clearly states ' Significant opportunity with European MoH remains active and ongoing and, ''if successful'', ''could'' be low double-digit millions of pounds in revenue'

The above extraction from the half year report does not state that 'we would ''seal'' a deal', it clearly states ''if successful''
But the truth does not support ''Incognito's'' agenda, and so ''Incognito's'' 'Compulsive Lie's' kick in and ''Incognito'' corrupts the wording .
These 'GDR TROLLS' do not like being called out !!!!! LOL - EMBARRASSING FOR THEM !!!!!!!! LOL

The date of the document on Page 79 is dated May 2021, and the award date given for when such an order will be placed is March 2022. We are still in March 2022, and therefore I am surprised that Anna (Wallbrook) has dismissed the opportunity of an order so readily ?
The reference to Epistem on page 79 is that Epistem is developing the "Genedrive", a 9-plex PCR system, which would be of no surprise, because the Business was Epistem in 2015, (when we were developing the product for the DOD), and Genedrive was the Product.

I cannot shake off the thought about how attractive we might look, to a Big American Business right now ???!!! or any Big Business, world wide !!
We have the Worlds first AIHL Test kit, which could be made accessible to the American baby population (where required) in a very short time, for the approval application cost to the FDA !!!!
Not only do we have the Worlds first AIHL Test kit, but we have our POC COV, with EU Test Approval, and applied for CTDA in the UK, which could also be made available to the USA for the cost of FDA Application and Approval !!!!
We also have our HCV Test with CE Approval, that just needs an injection of funds to promote this product to the developed world markets.
We also have Mountain Horse Solutions appointed as specialist US military distributors in March 2021 to drive US military adoption - chemical warfare is a topic of discussion currently, due to the Russian invasion on Ukraine.
We also have our Test for TB in Development.
