seems to be complete. RNS states new shares in issue and includes the extra 16 million shares.
next RNS should be TMP and that should confirm buy up of shares. SP will rise and find its own level, IMO must be in region of 6p. Second RNS should be about pour. I am concerned about meeting targets too so a good RNS will see it jump (8p?) but may drop by 0.50p if not so positive. still a no brainer though - just frustrating that we have to wait so long.
for the rise of your life...hang on tight ladies and gentlemen.
surely, this will devalue our shares. fortunately, it is a drop in the ocean of 1,685,155,387 shares and therefore about 0.25p devaluation. nothing to worry about IMO. as 007 says about £767k out of £80mil market cap.
i dont think it will go up today (without news). had a nice rise yesterday and this will probably stay or drop another .25p - IMO. Hope i am wrong though.
seems to be the resistance at the moment. should push through this next lift.
have read naked trader. robbie burns has his own site and you get his book through www.nakedtrader.co.uk i started trading before i bought this book and realised that i was doing things all wrong.
we already have TMP buying up all available shares...don't need a billionaire. yeah, can't see this rising anymore. nice steady increase on a daily basis will be fine now.
with more large trades going through over the last few days, things must be about to happen.
another 2 trades at 4p...reckon they may be part of the deal in someway.
i dont think you will necessarily see loads of large trades going through as MMs will be putting a lot aside and that is why price has been held down. not entirely sure how it works with MMs though so could be wrong. but i dont think it is as simple as they buy and then sell to TMP straight away. In fact we haven't seen any 6p trades. will we see 6p trades when they buy thoses shares? can anybody advise? at the end of the day they are paying 6p for them. aren't they?
at 6p SP this co will have a market cap of £101million which is what TMP seem to value it at, with a projected income per annum of approx £78million per annum from the Vatukoula Mine alone (at todays current gold prices) no brainer
by my calculations there are about 13% or 224,125,666 shares in public circulation. This is after TMP has bought there £8mil worth. who knows how many shares TMP still have to buy...except TMP and MMs. but i would think they are not far off now.
it must have been that wine last night - LOL
nice trade held back for after close release
i think he meant TMP's RNS
so RNS confirming purchase is not coming out today. seems that they have been given a lot of leniency with regard to this purchase. Lenigas is in both camps. The purchase price is either: - GBP 8,597,400 being 143,290,000 River Diamonds shares at a price of 6 pence per share. - GBP 8,597,400 worth of free trading Templar Mineral Limited shares at an issue price of the average previous 30 days trading prior to the execution of the irrevocable offer letters (20 February 2008) minus a 3 per cent. discount to the closing mid-price on the date of execution of the letter. - A combination of cash and shares, at Templar's election. certainly 30 days since approval of fiji transaction so why have we not seen one of the latter two options?
anyway? 641 ounces...half million dollars?
i know. i am just feeling negative today - monday morning blues...in the afternoon. will be brighter tomorrow. - LOL
