Magnite added $800M to it's MCap on a $8M beat so maybe that's the plan?
They use the word 'conservative' many times in that CC.
September has been good and some decent forward buying for the World Cup.
I think after 2 fook ups on forecasting they have just taken $10M off the year end to be sure they don't make it 3 times!
Massive hit to the SP which they don't give a tuss about, knowing they will get a good beat in Jan 23 trading update.
If I see Ofer and his 2 mates actually buying some real shares I will double my holding.
Congratulations to the @TremorVideo & @unrulyco teams on being named 2022 @Digiday Technology Award WINNERS in the Best Buy-Side Programmatic Platform and Best Sell-Side Programmatic Platform categories!
Another $250M m cap increase.
Quite happy for this insanity to hit Tremor on Monday.
So Magnite adds $500M on a small beat!
Just for once can Ofer not f..k it up!
Lets hope we get a piece of the pie!
If you are in the US you may be sick and tired of the political ads bombarding your television and streaming services. Also, you might be interested to know that the 2022 elections have turned out to be the most expensive midterms ever.
The costs are expected to cross $16.7bn, according to a study by the non-partisan OpenSecrets group.
"No other midterm election has seen as much money at the state and federal levels as the 2022 elections," said Sheila Krumholz, OpenSecrets' executive director.
The money spent on advertisement has shattered records too. The spending on political ads has touched $9.7bn, according to AdImpact, an advertising tracking firm.
The Georgia senate race between Republican Herschel Walker and Democrat Raphael Warnock is billed as the most expensive race of the season. As per AdImpact, Warnock has spent about $72m on ads - more than any candidate running for office this year.
The Wall Street Journal calculated that to win a single senate seat, Republicans and Democrats have spent the equivalent of $30.83 on every one of the 7.8 million eligible voters in Georgia.
The last 3 are mine!
Any chance you could do your job and actually get some PR out, rather than just posting the results every 6 months?
As you can see there is plenty to say, just a pity DT can't be bothered to keep his promise from the IM presentation.
PS. I've signed up to the newsletter on the byotrol website about 10 times over the last year and never received anything.
Does it actually exist?
Another thing to add to 1gw excellent posts.
Solvay is a 10 Billion Euro company. (£9 Billion)
It only highlighted 5/6 product ventures in that call, and one of those is our Actizone.
Pretty much points the way to it being an important revenue earner going forward?
For the old guard, Finncap always talked about a clear £5M revenue stream, year in , year out, going forward.
If the BOD were happy to buy at 3.3p then I think they know this.
Quite a few of my small caps are showing signs of life so at 2p and a market cap of £8M with no debt, things could get interesting quite quickly.
Fantastic work 1gw. Thank you.
However, it is a shame that it's down to shareholders to join the dots because the company PR is a shambles and can't do it's job.
It's fine for DT to reply, (strange he doesn't need a solvay sign off for that one!)
'Congratulations Oliver. Best in class product now available globally. Really good news.'
more than a week ago but no interest in updating shareholders as promised in the IM.
I wonder if the £5M a year still stands?

Good representation of byotrol in the comments and likes on Oliver Hufer's linkedin post on Actizone registration completion. Oliver is EVP & GM, Novecare Actizone.

Ian Brown has just joined as Supply Chain Director.
Coincidentally, he spent a good chunk of time at Univar Solutions, Solvay's US Actizone distributor.

So in the public domain, it seems to me for Solvay Actizone in the US we have:
o Registration completed - EPA and all 50 states
hTtps://www.solvay.com/en/press-release/solvay-completes-us-registration-process-actizone-f5
o Reckitt intention to launch Lysol product in US in 2023 (as I read the Solvay earnings transcript below)
"I also wish to highlight our recent innovation called Actizone, I'm really proud of as it actually started last year. We created a unique and long lasting disinfection technology and it's now commercialized by Reckit,t a global market leader in their iconic brand, Lizol. The technology was just launched in France this month and it will launch in Germany in the coming weeks, followed by other European countries in 2022 and in the United States of America in 2023."

o Distributed in bulk chemical form via [correction] Univar Solutions
hTtps://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6993967855725674496/
o Distributed in branded (Solvay) ready-to-use form via Nissco

Surely that's enough for an RNS, with Solvay's consent.
Looks like [correction] Univar Solutions is distributing Solvay Actizone F5 by the drum-load in the US:
"We are happy to represent Solvay on Actizone F5. Please reach out to your local homecare and industrial cleaning account manager to learn more about Actizone F5 or any other Solvay ingredients."
hTtps://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6993967855725674496/
hTtps://www.univarsolutions.com/actizone-f5-16192280?v=16192280
I can certainly imagine a scenario in which a succession of positive releases builds a bit of momentum:
1. RNS on Solvay Actizone, reiterating the significance of US full registration and perhaps disclosing something on 1H Actizone commission due to byotrol, at least qualitatively relative to FY22;
2. RNS confirming Ecolab as the "significant US distribution company" in the 3-way deal with IRI and byotrol, confirming the label and the status of the state registration process and/or anticipated launch date;
3. RNS announcing the formal Cruise platform product launch, byotrol's "biggest ever" of the "next generation surface sanitiser, approved for EU and UK animal health markets";
4. RNS announcing interim results together with guidance (at least for product sales) for FY23 and "also beyond", "hopefully as a valuation event which people will like".
Maybe that's an overactive imagination, given the history, but the company has said it is targeting monthly newsflow following the September investor relaunch. 1 and 2 will each need signoff by the counterparties, and I am hoping that explains the delay. And who knows, in a real bullish scenario maybe we could even get an announcement before too long of a commercial development agreement (gate payments and potential royalties) on seaweed.
[No advice intended, for the avoidance of doubt]
Actizone got a mention at the end of the discussion around slide 5 on "Investments and innovation support our growth and sustainability commitments". As I heard the (Solvay) CEO:
"Finally, I am so pleased to share that our Actizone F5, you may remember we launched it during Covid 19, Solvay's innovative 24 hour anti-microbial sanitising technology that we launched back in September 2020 in Europe, is now fully approved by the EPA in the United States of America."
No numbers and no discussion on the next steps, at least so far in the presentation.
