With regards to revb, the business was struggling, it is still struggling, but previously the two cofounders were in dispute and couldn't even vote at AGM's. They are now back in charge of the business. Whether that is a good or bad thing only time will tell. I never claimed there was a formal concert party, simply that there are very strong links between Debs and the revb founders. Minto was a keynote speaker at the Debenhams brand launch event for instance.
