One of the biggest issue with micro caps is that MMs think they have a god given right to crash an sp for no real reason. They create a Pavlovian behaviour which just means that over time the market loses overall. It's one of the reasons UK AIM has performed so relatively badly over time. And yes I know GST isn't AIM but the market behaviour is the same

Luckily, both Kod and KMUK are both UK registered so that limits the shenanigans

Personally I don't see Bernard even putting forward an offer to shareholders that values our share of Bougouni at less than £200m.

We have no need to sell, Hainan can't buy KMUK on the cheap and the shareholder base on Kod is disparate, so an offer would have to be significant to get shareholders to actually vote.

I've said for many months now that the Mm strategy made no sense. At some point they would need to make a market and to do that they would have to raise the price. Put simply, they had created such an irrational scenario that they only had one way to go.

It seems that now they finally need or want to create a market, so they have raised the sp and volume has followed as it always has.

So, there has been sp manipulation, but not in the way Chaebol suggests.

So zinnwald, which is a pipe dream, is being bought for roughly the same valuation as Kodal.

The simple fact is KMUK is now basically a shell or holding company. There is very little work for an accountancy firm to do. It wouldn't surprise me if this is simply a cost saving meaure as Buzzacott also offer a whole range of back office admin services
