The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Morning Puds,
Thanks for the share.
I was just thinking this morning - I wonder if we'll see much more on the court dockets etc, and if we do, what level of detail we might see (on the basis of the parties seemingly wishing to go "secret squirrel" on us). I guess this is the court granting the secret squirrel status from now on.
Do we think this means we're going to have to wait for the "tadaah" moment now?

57p.....?
Can I think about it?
Bob & Dylan (see what I did there?) both work for the same law firm:

Bob is a partner with a 23 year history. Dylan is relatively new.

First off - Thank you Pudds for the splash of cash on the document. I think we may all owe you a pint when the times comes (not tempting fate!).
A very interesting read, this protective order and the subsequent detail shared by Earsbern. It seems that we are now either "playing nicely" (most likely) or "going for the jugular" (with discovery dirt on Hope maybe?). I suspect it is the former and feeds off the back of some form of GG arbitration outcome. A settlement on the horizon? Who knows....
How does this tie in with the 5 California docs that appeared today (thank you PJOHN)? Are we reaching a conclusion and there is a co-ordinated conclusion of all court cases?
I know - more questions than answers......

Please forgive my negativity here (as most will know I'm a "Zaza flag-flying-cheerleader"), but f**k me - this guy is an ambulance chaser, is he not? I know we appear to have screwed a few lawyers over, but this guy.....?
"He specializes in a wide range of civil litigation, including serious injury and wrongful death, financial and physical elder abuse, medical and legal malpractice and all aspects of insurance including “bad faith” claims."

Forgive me if I'm off base here, but wasn't there some form of confirmation that they had actually been paid along the way but not paid for every month. I.e. they were paid here and there, but they've not been without pay for 10 solid back-to-back months.
Granted, it doesn't make it a lot better. However, I do wonder if certain words and context was lifted out to suit a certain negative agenda in the past?
I'm happy to be corrected.

RNS Out with news of Chinese Framework Agreement
.....and it took you 13 posts, TSBS?!?
Morning Cheesie
If it’s good news, I think I’d rather they didn’t say.
Seems a little strange to say that, but this process is being kept under wraps for good reason and I wouldn’t want anyone putting a good outcome at risk by letting the cat out of the bag too early.
Bezzy
Not to put a dampener on the "Christmas Prezzies" idea, but I don't see us getting this resolved until after the court dates in January (although I'd very much like it!). Whilst I'm sure a Super Major might want to conclude a deal before the year end, if the court shenanigans is still ongoing, not sure they can? Could they do a deal conditional on a favourable outcome in January? Would that count as "before the year end" for them? Surely they'd have to announce it to the market?
All IMO

Timster.......
I can smell something......
Anyone need to change their underwear......?
Afternoon SteveV,
"The reason I say that is I remember a while ago he was offering to buy FRR on the grey market for peanuts. He would only need to so that to close a real short."
I don't recall seeing TW making this offer, but he may well have. For sure, WShak was making a similar offer (I think over on ADVFN or Twitter). So I concur, there are real short positions out there (unless they've managed to close them off).
Regardless, whilst I happy for them to get their "just desserts", I'm (rather selfishly) only interested in getting a return based on my LTH position. Continued thanks go to our regular sleuthers who continue to manage to pick up little snippets of information that certainly lead me to consider that the patient is still breathing. Why go to the trouble (however small the cost) of getting the website reinstated, if this is a lost cause? Clearly it isn't....
Stay strong fellow LTHs. Our day may be here sooner than we think....

Nah, its just cold!
Spot on ODR,
It could have been significant going down, but now appears to have been a minor oversight. The fact it's back up speaks volumes.
GLAdi'mnotshortonthisstockovertheweekend!
Thank you Ziggy, by the way
From Ziggy's 09:37 post this morning:
Brighter IR: "I appreciate the situation raises more questions than it answers but it would be inappropriate of me to comment at this stage."
......at this stage....?
Feels like they are expecting something to come forth but are unable to let us know.

Evening Regdik,
Yes. I just tried to email the webmaster email address and it bounced back.
Could it also be that we (WHam) did spot a change and, like before, they have reacted and taken it down deliberately so we don't see what they're doing?
