My thoughts exactly. How are we in a situation where we have an event which puts a ceiling on good news! Plus, I bet they could have reintroduced a divi which would further inflate the price (under usual circumstances) Very frustrating. Does anyone think that this still may keep trading or is the 75p offer a ‘done deal’?

The £38 share price was flattered somewhat by the Brexit vote (pound to dollar) currency exchange rate in the aftermath of the vote and that price probably won’t be revisited but yes, these look cheap.

I have received a letter from the broker where my SPC shares are held (nominee account) stating that they are being moved to JP Jenkins, a matched bargain trading facility. Has anybody else had a similar letter in the last couple of days?

Big price fluctuations here today. We gone from 90p to 103 in 1/2hr on no news… You would have thought that the good results last week would’ve ‘under-pinned’ the price but it’s actually down! Probably a reflection of the wider market…

Prior to last weeks results, the 2022 broker consensus was showing 82p eps. This appears to have been downgraded to 68p eps.

Is this worth buying now the price has come back? Results around March I believe but stand corrected. With what has been happening in the energy sector, combined with Bisichi’s fundamentals this looks very cheap… Will they reintroduce the dividend? I guess it depends on the life of the mine and the price which they have been achieving for their coal (agreed contracts etc). One to watch at least.

Hmm, it seems as the apparent ‘flight to safety’ to high paying dividend stocks has yet to happen here..! Perhaps the news of countries talking about banning crypto’s is not helping.

Agreed Velo, I’m not happy with the buyout price at all. It doesn’t help though with the constantly low valuations placed on some companies by the market…

I can’t find anything to explain yesterdays share price fall. 10% seemed quite harsh for a company which is doing all the right things. Maybe just profit taking or is it now ex divi?..

What’s with todays price again in a rising market? Just profit taking after an impressive recent run or have I missed something?

I don’t think that it has ever been confirmed that they were manufacturing components for Avacta, more assumption. I remember from one of the recent investor presentations that the board would not comment on this area, citing client confidentiality.

For what reason are they avacta removing their flow tests from the market?
It appears as though the these stories have, rightly or wrongly prompted selling at Carclo this morning.

TCAP released a trading statement on the 7th Jan last year… Could we see an RNS this week?

Thanks Dartron I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a ‘done deal’. I think what this shows (and we all know it anyway) is that the government has no money. I was reading an article from a think tank, the gist of it being that the government will be desperate to keep fuel bill rises to the bare minimum because if the full rise is passed on to the general public it could push inflation to 6 or 7% and this could make it impossible for the government to pay its bills / interest on the debts. I guess they need to save money like never before…
