I'm watching 24 AIM stocks at the moment and only 3 are blue today: AMGO, GTEC & PEB - The rest are either down (GGP down 26%, ENET down 12%) or unmoved

This has risen from 0.325p in Aug to .57p today so it's not unsurprising if it has a wee trace back!!!

I think the sellers are to blame for the price action not the MMs - supply and demand springs to mind...

With all of these HUGE 100+ carat diamonds being discovered on such a regular basis - wouldn't this depress the price for ginormous diamonds on the retail markets?

If it closes at these levels (sub 12p) then it will be the FIRST TIME since May that it will have fallen through the 25, 50 & 100 day MA (not a good sign!).

There is weak support around the 11.5p level but the real support is around 10p - ALL IMHO

Hmmmm, had a wee nibble here but trade not showing - I remember this happened before..

I've order extra-large pairs of incontinence pants in case it closes below 12p - Can't risk leaving a mess at the internet cafe like last time

It's been bouncing around there levels since May and even the numerous 100+ carat diamond discoveries haven't managed to deviate the SP upwards

Support at 57.8p but if this breaks downwards then its going to low 50's I'm afraid!

On the plus side, it's been recommended as 'Outperform' as recently as last week by:

RBC Capital Markets (price target: 120p)

Berenberg Bank (price target: 150p)

Canaccord Genuity (price target: 150p)

Personally, I think it'll see new 5-year lows before it hits any 'recommended price targets' as the SP shows no signs of consolidation - I'm not a holder but will buy in as a recovery stock once the SP finally stabilises (hopefully)

The lowest price in 2009 was 200p - suspect this will hit that again as it's the SP is STILL falling below it's 25, 50 & 100 day Moving Averages

LITODY >> The charts are only to give indicators of the points where the markets think something is over/under valued - even if this rises exponentially there will be a point at which the markets will determine it's over valued, the sp will then retreat to a point where the markets believe it's undervalued.

This is not definitive but simply an analysis of the HISTORICAL performance of the SP over the last 3 years where it has fallen from 50p+ to previous lows of 7.65p several times and then recovered to 12.5p several times without managing to breach this upper level.

At the end of the day it's all pretty much BS...

The resistance for this looks around 7.65 and then 12.5p - will be keeping a very close eye on this one if it ever hits those levels

Happy with the 8% rise today hoping it's slowly and steadily upwards (no nasty spikes)
