I was going to buy this on the drop but then read my previous notes on it which said: "Don't touch with bargepole"

I thought this would open at 10p or lower following Friday's news - surprised how resilient it's being

You could be right - it looks like they're increasing their holding on the open market at a rate of 1% per week and trying to keep the price low.

They were holding 14.67% of voting rights as of August 9th so they've increased their holding roughly 6% in just as many weeks. So to get to 30% we're looking at early Jan 2025 if they continue at the same plodding rate...

Why would they do that when the actual equity value is only £23.8M (which is still a 6 bagger from these levels and gives an SP of 21p)

News on Friday after hours at Nobody's Watching O'Clock is never a good sign IMHO, especially if that news contains the sentence 'resulting in the significant dilution of the existing shareholders'.

I suspect MM's may mark this down heavily on Monday morning to prevent an exit by spooked investors. Conversely, it could also present a unique trading opportunity if the MMs mark it down too low allowing peeps to average down or simply tuck them away for their grandchildren

Just looking at SpreadEx and it says 100% of the traders/investors in CARD are long - which is a bit worrying itself as they've probably bought on margin rather than 100%!

What's going to happen when their stop losses get hit and they get a margin call - will they be forced to auto close at best price?

Either way, I suspect that once it breaches the 100p weak support level we SHOULD see a strong bounce from the 90p level - which is what I'm waiting for.
