Class action & shareholder group15 Feb 2024 07:15
i have sadly been invested here for a while. my original input of £120k currently has a value of around 300quid. so pretty ****ed at the bs that led us to this.
unfortunately, i am involved in a very similar situation elsewhere. it has taken many months to get to where we are now. there is a chat platform for proven holders to discuss the action and a lead group of about 10 that do the majority of the legwork. it isn’t easy. also the lawyer have been looking at the case to acertain whether or not they have a strong enough case, 60/40% certainty of success is the criteria to take the case on a no win no fee basis. this has not come without cost. we have paid several thousand £ to get here. for us it has not been without cost, although very cheap to the masses.
my point here is this rbm shareholder group, that gives no information, does not reply to messages etc. how did they get to this point so quick, there will i’m sure have been costs. who paid it? …….. it all seems very wishy washy. how does it work for others if successful. we have had to prove our holdings to lawyers elsewhere to be part of the case.
i get it if this is an attempt to scare the bod etc etc into changing tack. it’s not working. and it won’t work.
if there is a case to answer to here which i am sure there is then i certainly want to be involved with a class action and big group intent on punishing the crooks that took our hard earned cash. it needs a lot of commitment, a lot of work and someone at the helm who knows the ropes to keep the costs down. that person is certainly not me.
