It was a matter of weeks between the announcement of two suitors down to one ... with due diligence t'boot ... and this was in the pot before COVID-19 ... so 2022 maybe a wee pessimistic ... !

I believe the "loss" was due to extra costs associated with waiting for the FDA clearance ...
Will be interesting to see how many countries/hospitals are using SC.
Mcap is only £5m currently - cost of developing SC was rather more ...
Should be at least double current sp on any sale?

Trevor Brown is actually a very deep thinker ... have you had a look at his Free Association Books venture ... Freud etc?
I agree wholeheartedly that this company "under performs" on its promises.
His Braveheart BRH investment is sizeable too ...
