I have been here for years -- the days when this company was called Flying Brands.
Firstly, please ignore all this stuff about TB ... he is a businessman ... in the end we are in the market as we want to make money.
He has bankrolled most of the companies he runs from nothing to something including IQAI.
Basically IQAI has formulated the proprietary software which can successfully a) perform an MRI, eliminating gadolinium-based contrast agents in medical imaging b) can tell a patient the exact size/state of any tumour without surgery ...
This AI stuff is the future and we are very much ahead of the curve ...
Google etc is spending BILLIONS of dollars on AI ... including medical.
This is not a "trading" share ... it's one to hold ...
The tech is there ... and hospitals/doctors are endorsing it.
I have done quite well out of IQAI but have not sold out.

I am not a TB apologist ...
BUT why did TB not sell at 16, 18, 20 or 22 pps?
If he is this magician who can manipulate the SP, surely he would "drive " it up to then make maximum profit?
At 10, he does okay ... at 20, he does very well.
Anyone could be selling from David to even the Mayo Clinic! We just don't know ... yet!

the thing is, he went through the whole palaver of selling & buying shares before Xmas. When the price was 16p +, he could have sold loads and made so much more than just 10pps ... also today's RNS has cued up 2021 ... awaiting patent etc ...
He has just a pile at RMS and BRH ... not sure why he would play silly-buggers here ... I just don't see it ...

many are saying that TB is selling (without basis) ... when would a TR1 need to be released if this were true?

i honestly do believe that he is going to retire from BRH and just focus of IQAI ... I fully intend to carry on buying IQAI ...
he has not done anything "predictable" though ...
his investment in iqai is huge .... i just cannot see him abandoning it ....

not sure that would be good for him - pushing the 30% threshold.
anyway - he just played all the games a couple of weeks ago by selling and "buying" ... why would he want the hassle?
all i do feel is that IQAI is his baby ... and it's his legacy ... he doesn't need the money really ...
you should read up on some of this "beliefs" through the philosophies he follows ...

when i was neck deep in #RRE (oil stock), the CEO did this all the time.
the sp was 50p and these was a special dividend of £1.50 ... he did rather well out of that!
anyway, my point is that these special dividends are a way of "thanking" investors, giving back to the BOD and keeping the share in the spotlight ...
BRH is lucky that it has so many investments ...
I was expecting a special divi of around 5 - 6p tbh ... so am perplexed but pleased for all shareholders..
