Well, he could have CLN'd it and kept it all for himself ... or place and indeed give us the chance to but in too.

So, did TB and Family "buy" the 20 million shares at 1.5p?

Is this bone, our opportunity to purchase shares at 1.5p?

Cynic says - blah! He has purchased the shares at NO loss to himself. Crafty but legal.

IF TB sells IB then IQAI "should" be cash-rich, and like BRH, he will undoubtedly give all shareholders a dividend and - depending on the sale price - could be sizeable. This will benefit him ... and us.

BUT if TB/Family has been selling its holdings, then this would not be advantageous to them or indeed us.

Of course, we need TR-1s to confirm who/what is selling/buying.

I did like a comment from someone who suggested that the Family needs to be at the 20-25% mark for a big investor to come onboard ...

I am hoping (often beyond hope) that after the FDA greenlights (60 days?), we have a big pharma ready to buy in.

I was worried by one comment about TB going private - but then, we - the "other" shareholders - have over 70% of the stock and we could/would reject any derisory offer ..

A true cynic would say that they knew of the issue in the RNS on submission ... and played with the shares while the process was progressing ...

I can understand why shareholders are so peeved. For LTHs like myself, this annual share redistribution is depressing but we stay here as we believe in the "parts" - and for me that is IB. For those who buy now, looking at the charts, they can expect a 100% return sometime in the next 12 months, when the share hits 5p + (before a probable/redress to today's sp). For those who bought at swing-highs or even worse, at all time highs, this is really painful ... I feel it.

I look to the USA and IB. With KS and MS both significant shareholders and obviously intelligent people, they would not be here if they didn't see the future. IB has delivered and will hopefully continue to do so. With all this positivity, the sp should be so much higher if there weren't other agendas being played out.

My advice, forget the sp and TB & Family -- just look West and what IB is doing. It's success is our success ...

Begs the question as to why a new investor would buy IQAI stock knowing that it would be in negative territory within days if not hours .

And yes - "IQAI wins $1 billion contract" ... SP ... down 10% ... !

Watched the IB Nimble presentation and Q&A.

Dr Bovi:

- exceeding expectations ... three times the amount of patients being "processed" through the App year on year in Wisconsin alone.

Future enhancements of the App to more than just brain metastasis.

While no financials mentioned, IB Nimble is doing better than expected.

Both MS and KS were on the presentation.

There "may" be an investor out there to fund - which will then get the voucher!

Depends on whether the science is sound.

The Management Team at IQAI/IB have the contacts ...

Remember we are more than this one product!

And it seems to have only one product - paxalisib - so $7 milion mcap for seemingly a single product that does not work is actually ok!

It does say that there is time for back & forth/ q&a etc ...

I imagine that they have to release the decision immediately when one is made.

I cannot believe for a second that IQAI management would sell/buy stock if they knew something/anything!
