I am unsure - in reality - how IQ can/will raise the cash needed to take anything/everything to the next level ... another 200 million shares to raise £2m ... and that just scratches the surface of what we need ...

JV? Would you want to work with the Board of IQ - with its reputation? Not I .. !!

Buy out? Well - 20pps is blue sky ... with the investment needed, I would expect a maximum of 8-10pps ... the rewards are great but in the pharma world - it's a risk-reward game ...

The Board will still walk away with quite a pile of cash.

In my opinion - IQAI/IB is up for sale.

Firm costs are currently being determined but are projected between $2 - $2.5 million over the duration of the trial which is expected to commence in 2025. IQAI anticipates making a significant contribution to the costs of the Phase 2 trial, in combination with possible grants and further support from charitable foundations if necessary. We had previously expected to seek a partner for this stage of development but now believe that it would better commercially to continue in a proprietorial role during phase 2.

Do some research into FAB. It's like watching an episode of X Factor ... in which every performance is worse than the last ...

Strange that all his entities have used Peterhouse.

Also, Peterhouse refuses to engage in any dialogue ... I wonder why ...

Please also remember that there have been SO many complaints by PIs over several companies - IQAI, BRH etc etc (and Directors removed?) that the Company/IQAI will surely have been "red-flagged"?

A major strength of any company is its BOD - integrity & honesty is so important.

With not one, but two FDA approvals in a week, surely the SP would be flying as it would with any other company?

I see your point - I really do.

All drug companies strive to make the world a better place and for that they should be celebrated.

BUT we get kicked so often by IQAI surely we would want these amazing drugs to be protected by a company with moral & ethical terpitude?

For IQAI it's about the money. Pure & simple. Roll-on a takeover ...

In IB I believe - in IQAI I don't.

It's GREAT! Yes! I am impressed! Two fabulous RNS releases - in time for the AGM! Who would have thought it!?

But a few weeks ago, I did predict great RNSs - then a company equity sell-off ... followed by a "bad news" RNS - fundraise etc - SP plummets - CLNs etc - which I am expecting - probably post-AGM.

Looking at previous RNSs from TB's companies ... so interesting. It IS clear that TB and the BoD are properly invested in IQ-AI. It's going to be his/their legacy. But - and it's a big BUT - they are invested for themselves - not the PIs.

I would not be surprised if he/they try to take the company private - but will need 75% of the shares to do so ... which at the moment he/they do not have.

Saying that, with the ever-enlarging share numbers - and more going to IB employees, advisors etc - who knows ...

I will be voting AGAINST the resolutions by the way - but everyone to their own.

There is no point attending the AGM - answers will not be forthcoming.

I have tried in vain to get answers - even contacts - from everyone at the comapny and advisors and it's funny how none want to speak! Just basics like what is the relationship (historically) between Peterhouse and TB for instance ...

I know that many feel that the authorities both sides of the pond (and Jersey) don't care about our protestations on how PIs are being treated - but, actually they do note everything down. Every email helps!

Please also note that there are HUGE fans of TB/BoD - as they have made money predicting/following the SP deviations ... maybe that is what "playing the stockmarket" means.

In IB I still trust ... in IQAI, I don't
