Spot on tech. Currently playing chicken with myself on the trigger button. I dont have a clear exit plan but intention is to remove stake and a small profit and leave a decent amount for free ride. A lot easier to hit the buy than it is to hit the sell button. I suspect im not the only one in this situation, and a lot have had their cash stuck in here for many years.

Hope its not a typical penny share buy on rumour sell on news. If the anticipated news does arrive its unlikely to be backed up by sales figures for some time. So could well fall back as quickly as it rises... i havent thought much about the end game here. Put in more cash around 6 weeks ago when I was led to belive imminent product launch. I cant really justify holding this level of investment in any share so would need to derisk significantly in short order.

Fastfood. The way I recall from my finance exams is options are granted at a fixed price say 2p. They can be exercised in a certain vesting period. On exercise the option holder has to pay the grant price 2p in this example and acquires the shares worth 15p saving 13p a share because they paid the option price of 2p. . the info given in rns suggests these are not straight forward options, rather than vesting period they are exercizable on particular events such as £1m commission received.... this is why I asked questions earlier. The setup feels more like an award of shares at nil cost that is does an option. I think the rns missed some key details.

Perhaps someone can clear something up for me. Where i see the options listed for Allan, column exercise price - is exercise price the cost to Allan for acquiring the shares on exercise, or does this mean the options can only be exercised when shares reach this price? If the latter, whats the cost to Allan or is the cost nil? Super tired this morning perhaps im overlookingsomething obvious.... usually with options they are granted at x price (meaning employee pays this amount to acquire the shares) would expect exercise and sales to be simultaneous in order for Allan not to have to outlay cash for the price awarded at

Annual report will say the same as it did last year and year before. Higher expenses than income, product not yet for sale.

Thanks for sharing hog. This doesnt really align with what they were saying to me in recent weeks, I'll put this down to a misscommunication on my part or their part. May is not far away, i hope to not be dissapointed. Again.

I wonder if the following line from most recent rns has been taken out of context "On submission, accreditation is usually immediate unless any clarification is sought."...

AI tells me that applications take from 4-12 weeks to process whereas i had initially interpreted it to mean it clia accreditation given a matter of days from application.

Id be interested to hear more from hogbog. Timelines do contradict the information i received.

Morning tech, at the beginning of the month i received a reply from an email sent to our us distibutor parter. I asked them when they intend to launch the product. The reply was hopefully 3 weeks. This is what i referred to as my hunch. since then i asked if clia has been approved, they told me in process.... i also contacted omni via email address on the link shared by thin shins. On 18th they said test will be ready as early as next week. I then asked about clia accreditation they responded immediately saying they are clia approved... its not clear of they were referring to the product or the lab. I havent had responses to questions since sharing this information... 2 sources have replied to me, i would say both are legitimate and the information received doesnt contradict. Perhaps omni were jumping the gun a little, perhaps syms has told them to pipe down. Quite unclear however I do feel optimistic
